Amenities The condo is part of a well-maintained complex that offers a range of amenities to enhance your stay: Heated Pool and Hot Tub: Take a dip in the outdoor heated pool or relax in the hot tub. The hot tub is open year round while the pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Fitness Center: Stay active with access to a fully-equipped fitness center. Covered Parking: Enjoy the convenience of 2 reserved parking spots in the covered garage, with additional parking available for guests. High-Speed Wi-Fi: Stay connected with complimentary high-speed internet throughout the condo.
Pets are welcome with an additional fee. In order to provide an excellent experience for all of our guests we allow responsible dog owners to bring WELL BEHAVED dogs (up to 2) during their stay. A deep cleaning is performed after each pet stay, and an additional fee of $25/night will be assessed. Please crate your pet if you must leave them alone to avoid damages to the house. Pets must be on a leash at all times while outside.

PETS: We love hosting WELL BEHAVED pets! In order to keep our home clean and meticulously cared for, we charge a pet fee of $15 per pet per night. The yard is NOT fenced in so pets must be leashed while outside and may not be left alone inside the home. Remember this is a tiny home so 2 dogs maximum please. We provide food dishes, treats, poop bags, and doggie beds.
FRAGRANCE SENSITIVITIES: We strive to keep our home fresh and inviting using natural cleaners like Mrs. Meyer's and vinegar as well as fragrance- and dye-free laundry detergent for those with sensitivities. However, we also use plug-in air fresheners and provide bathroom spray and dryer sheets for guests who enjoy scents. If you prefer a scent-free environment, please request plug-in removal before your stay, and we’ll ensure your space is prepared accordingly during cleaning!
SECURITY CAMERAS: Please note, we do have exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests and because care for our property deeply.
ALLERGIES: This is a pet-friendly home. We perform a thorough deep clean between each stay, however guests with pet allergies or sensitivities should consider this when booking.

RULES: 1- NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the home or within 10 feet of entrance. There is a $200 fine if this rule is broken.
2- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Quiet time is from 10 pm-8 am. Be aware that we have upstairs and downstairs neighbors. Please be respectful.
3- THERE ARE 2 ASSIGNED PARKING SPOTS in the covered garage. The clearance height is 7.5 feet. Any additional (or larger) vehicles can park in the outside parking lots around the complex. Boats, RV's, and trailers are not allowed in the complex or garage. Please contact me for other parking suggestions.
4- WELL BEHAVED dogs are accepted with a fee of $25 per night. Dogs may not be left unattended and are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. We provide a pet bed, but your pet may be more comfortable with a blanket from home as well. Pets must be on a leash at all times while outside. Please clean up after your fur babies.
5- PLEASE FOLLOW ALL POSTED RULES for the clubhouse, swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness room.
6- There is a $25/hour LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE. Please message us if you need to make arrangements so we can be properly prepared.
7- LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING! We need to get a little more information about your reason for staying with us.
8- LONGER STAYS require more frequent cleanings. Cleanings will be scheduled every two weeks and billed at the time of booking.
9- PLEASE LEAVE FURNITURE AND DECORATIONS as they are! Moving items can cause damages and takes our cleaning team longer to prepare for the next guests. We look forward to hosting you!

Host was welcoming and available for whatever we might need. Setting is beautiful. Beds were very comfortable, including the pull out sofa which has a memory foam mattress! Well appointed, including dog bowls and beds if needed. It was a great place for our family to stay for our ski trip!
Such a great experience, Trina was a great host, very responsive and easy to work with. Her place was beautiful and so accommodating to pets and my friend’s 8 year old son. He just loved it. For sure going back.
Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Michelle is an outstanding host - communication was great and information we needed was readily available. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The unit is spacious, very comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen that made cooking enjoyable. We spent every morning having coffee on the balcony and really enjoyed the beautiful sunrise. Highly recommended!!
When we showed up, the windows were all covered with plastic as they painted the building and deck. However, the host let me know about it before we arrived and, it was fine as we were just there one night passing through on the way back home. I really appreciated the communication and support from the host. I would've been more shocked if I had just shown up with no contact about what was going on. What I loved about this place was the access to the pool—our 3-year-old LOVED it, and it was a nice thing to be able to move our bodies after sitting in the car all day. The place was really nice, the rooms spacious and it was very clean. We didn't use the kitchen or anything since our stay was so short, but it seemed to have a lot of what you'd need.
This condo is absolutely beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice!
The kitchen is well-stocked and spacious, featuring fun glasses and plates for meals. The water tastes great from the filtered fridge, so there's no need to bring lots of water bottles.
The family room has comfy furniture and a fantastic view. The sleeper sofa is surprisingly comfortable. From the family room, you can access a long balcony with seating for four and a full-size BBQ. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the wildlife and enjoying the lake view.
The bedrooms are nicely furnished with good mattresses and plenty of space for storing clothing.
Both bathrooms are clean and well-appointed.
The pool in the complex is lovely. On Saturday afternoon, we had it all to ourselves for a couple of hours. While at the pool, we even saw bunnies, which my kiddos loved.
The highlight of our trip was the giant moose that wanders around the property.
We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely be back!
There are good rentals, great rentals, and places like this one that really blow you away. Everything was wonderful: super-easy checkin and instructions, easy load in with ski equipment since the unit is as close to the garage as is possible, and lovely views. As for the unit itself, it's the little things that tell the tale, from black makeup towels, to a loaded kitchen, to something I've never seen before -- Torani syrups to add to your coffee! In short: stay here if you can.
