We needed a place to stay for one night while seeing a concert at Veterans United Home Loan Amphitheater. Eric’s place was perfect! It took us less than twenty minutes once the concert ended to get back to the house with zero traffic. It was comfortable, spacious, and impeccably cleaned. Our kids loved the large tv and the grownups appreciated the well stocked coffee pod options!

This was a great place for our family and friends. The layout is great and all the rooms had great places to sit and hangout. We loved the back screened in porch and the yard was so good for our dogs. Eric was a great communicator and very helpful. The neighborhood was very nice and close to shopping and some nice trail walks. We would love to come back again!!

Perfect place to be for a staycation. Just needed a night to relax and get out of the house without going too far, but still able to get out of the city life. The screened in back porch was a bonus, and te bed was super comfortable. Definitely worth the trip!

Superb property. Close to everything (Virginia Beach, Dismal Swamp Canal Trail, Norfolk). Exceptionally clean, great communication, easy check-in. Great amenities and everything in the house is functioning. Great property for dogs with a huge fenced yard and walkable neighborhood. Quiet, residential area but a short drive to all attractions. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.
