With amenities like heating, AC, and WiFi, guests can unwind in comfort. The 3 bathrooms include 1 jetted tub in the master bedroom. This beautiful home offers over 100 feet of water frontage with a 30 foot dock. A canoe and several kayaks are available for your pleasure. Easily accommodate 10+ people. Near Colby College, Belgrade Lakes and Golf Course. A short drive to Sugarloaf, Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park, Freeport (LL Bean and outlets) and adjacent area. Main level has open floor plan with large bedroom, , family, dining area and fully equipped kitchen and a large deck off the dining area overlooking the water is perfect for family dinners and relaxing. Upstairs has large master bedroom with a full bath and 2 other bedrooms. Downstairs has a large family room with kitchenette and a large screened in porch with a walkout to the fire pit. Experience what McGrath Pond has to offer has to offer with a stay at our gorgeous house. Pets are considered on a perpetual basis. Additional charges will be added.
