Very large waterfront home in Sidney ME.

Bring the whole family to this great water front home with tons of room for fun. Very large 5 bedroom lakefront home perfect for families! Extremely unique location/home situated on more than 1 acre and over 200' of private waterfront with all the water toys you can think of! We have board games, water toys, linens, etc...everything you need for an amazing stay.

The space:
Kitchen-Fully appointed w/ all appliances, plates, cups, bowls, utensils, etc.

Dining room table has amazing views of the lake (as does almost every room in the house) Table is large and fits 8-10 ppl

2 huge living rooms (one upstairs and one downstairs both have 55" smart TV's-you can stream your same apps from home! Downstairs living room has a large window AC May-Sept

Sun room w/ couch, 2 chairs, and a game area. This is my favorite room in the house! Also has 55" smart TV

Deck off of the sunroom is massive and has 2 tables for a nice outdoor dining option. 1 adult table w/ large umbrella and 1 kids picnic table. Deck has large stainless bbq grill!

Firepit area is new and is an amazing place to spend your evenings!

The private waterfront is 210' long and incredibly unique/cool! You wont find a space like this very often. The entire width of the waterfront is a poured concrete seawall that makes for an incredible waterfront home base. There are 8 sun loungers and steps down into the sandy lake. Massive dock system and a swim float for your use and enjoyment. We also include a bunch of water toys you can explore the lake with. 2 adult kayaks, 2 youth kayaks, 2 stand up paddle boards and also a fishing pole! Docks and water toys available May 15-Sept 15 yearly

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, driveway and private waterfront. The only restricted space is the 2nd garage which is the owners private storage room and will be locked.

All trash including recyclables must be removed from the property at check out. Take it with you or bring the bags to the Sidney transfer station. Transfer station is open Fri, Sat, Sun 8:30a-4:30p
Transfer station stickers required on every bag of trash. Orange stickers are available ($1.25 each) at the town office or at Middle Road General Store (which is on the way to the transfer station)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The sunsets and views of the lake were beautiful from the deck. House was awesome and I can only imagine how beautiful this home is in the summer. Kitchen had plenty of room to cook and the use of the outside grill gave you the final option needed to cook any meal. Ample room in dining area, living room and bedrooms. Great communication with owner and friendly visits from the waterfront friends who live there. Don't miss out on this special rental!

Great family weekend

The properity was everything it said it was and more. So big and comfortably designed. The kitchen was VERY well equiped with everything you might need.The ice fishing was great. Would stay here again...definitely We would most definatlry stay here ag as in.

Perfect Family House

This was an amazing house-spacious and well set up for families with young or older kids. The downstairs has a large play area for kids and the upstairs dining room and living room are perfect for the whole family. The location was great-close to Colby College and its ski areas, as we were visiting for ski races. The lake views are amazing and we were able to cross country ski on the lake. We are hoping to return sometime in the summer as it would be a lovely spot to be outdoors and enjoy the water. Mike was super responsive and welcoming.
