Lovely family easy to host while taking care of our place. Followed all the rules. Welcome back any time and recommended for other hosts.
We stayed here to attend a family reunion nearby. The home was very comfortable, had everything we needed (and more), and the host was easy to communicate with when needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Sally and her husband were respectful and followed all the rules. They left a light footprint for our cleaners making an easy same day turnover. You would hardly know they were there even during bike week. Highly recommend to other hosts.
Wonderful size and layout. Beautiful view. Lots of outside games and space. We enjoyed are time immensely. So clean and well taken care of. Fun movie spot and another cocktail area. So many spices and coffee choices although we didn’t use. Great book with all the info you needed about where to go, things to do, places to eat

Thank for being so easy to host and leaving our place truly spotless!!! It was very pleasant communicating with you. Thank you for all the positive feedback!
This place is truly a home away from home. We travel a lot and this home rates amount the best. The host,Nick, responds within minutes if you have questions. You are met with a welcome basket that included doggy treats. Everything in the house is explained by Nick and included in the book that accompanies the house. The house is immaculate and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortably appointed. Little extras include snowshoes for the family. Peak experience is sitting by the fire, sipping cocoa, and watching a snowfall. The location is convenient to everything from grocers,to specialty shops,to butchers and bakeries. We would love to come back again.

Thank you so much for taking such good care of our place. The cleaners commented "literally nothing was moved or out of order". It was a pleasure communicating with you, and we look forward to having the opportunity to host you again!
Owner was very quick to respond to any issue. The sofa sleeper was not as comfortable as hoped. Kitchen was well equipped. There was no lake access from the house.

Thank you for taking care of our place, and making it easy to host your family. It was a pleasure talking to you (always friendly and respectful). We are excited you are staying with us again next year. Highly recommend to other hosts.
We had such a wonderful stay at this property. This is our 5th summer renting a house in the area with our family. The communication with the owners was fast, easy, and efficient! You can tell they take a lot of pride in their home and want to make their guests’ stay as seamless and relaxed as possible. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us (5 adults, 3 kids). The yard has so much space for so many fun outdoor activities. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of dishware, drinkware, and an assortment of spices! The location of the house is central to so many great restaurants and shops. Having the two beach passes made our beach days easy! We had such a great week, and can’t thank the hosts enough!

Thank you so much for your kind words. It was a pleasure talking to you and hosting your lovely family. We appreciated you leaving the place spotless and making it easy for us to host you! We hope to see you again!
House is beautiful and very close to Castle in the Clouds. There were 5 of us, including my elderly father. Plenty of space to get the man through with his walker. Everything was on one floor. No steps to get in. So accommodating for our needs. The place as super clean, great beds (so comfy!) and all the amenities of home. Coffee machine with fixins, kitchen utensils and plates/cups etc. Everything we needed. Sitting areas were great. Outdoor deck was sublime, and we spent a lot of time out there. There were indoor and outdoor games, books, DVDs for entertainment and having trash on site is so helpful. Fire pit. Great view of the lake. Close to restaurants, gestations, market and our venue. Great all around. Great communication from owners. A

About the host
Hosted by Nicholas Stamoulos
We reside in the Northern Boston suburbs, but we have Greek and Colombian backgrounds. Carolina is also fluent in French.
We are fairly well traveled. We also are blessed with two lady teenagers and a 5 year old black lab named Toby.
New Hampshire has always been a favorite destination for us, offering majestic mountain views and hikes as well as snow or waterway adventures. Something to enjoy year round.
In our travels we always appreciated the comfort, affordability, spaciousness, and convenience of staying at a Sort Term Rental. We also love to cook and entertain with friends which you can not do at a hotel.
In all we fell in love with the peaceful view and convenient location of our 2nd home. We put a lot of care, effort and love in updating it, not only making it cozy and comfortable, but also a practical gathering spot for friends or family.
Unfortunately our busy schedules do not allow us to stay on a regular basis and definitely not during the week.
Having family members that love hosting on VRBO, we decided to host ourselves instead of having our place vacant for long stretches of time.
We created peaceful indoor and outdoor spaces with relaxing lighting to complement the distant view of the shimmering lake, and the many moods and faces of the overlooking Red Hill Mountain.
We hope to share the sense of relaxation, rejuvenation, reconnection or plain joy we experience there with all who visit or stay!
Why they chose this property
Moultonborough is very peaceful. It offers several boat launches, beaches, ski mobiling trails, hiking trails, waterfalls, and scenic vistas. We also love browsing general stores and antiques and are enjoying the town options.
What makes this property unique
Having over 1 acre of land with Lake and Mountain views from several indoor and outdoor spaces, we truly feel that we're able to " get away from it all". Yet being very close to two boat launches, Center Harbor, and a few minutes each way between beautiful Meredith Bay and Scenic Castle in the Clouds we are able to quickly access whatever practical or entertainment needs we may have.
Our place also has several unique pieces like our custom-made 10-seater dining room table and chairs that were shipped all the way from Costa Rica. Our colorful and comfortable hammock was brought to us from Colombia.
We have 3 areas where you can comfortably enjoy the lake / mountain view outdoors. Our screened in porch has 2 electric patio heaters and allows for outdoor dining year round. The covered paved patio has a gas fire pit 8 chairs and a hammock. Our wood fire pit is closer to the lake with 5 Adirondack chairs.
More importantly, we're able to host several families affordably, and comfortably, with plenty of parking and things to do on site.
