It is central cooling/heating so there is NO temperature control in the secondary unit. This place is prone to smell of incense sticks. Please re-read listing description before final booking.

Amazing stay lovely property and extremely kind hosts

We had an amazing stay the host were awsome an extremely kind. Would recommend to anyone! Absolutely fabulous!

Perfect little place for a quick stay

Nice stay

Was a little concerned based on the only review this had, but everything was fine. It did smell vaguely of incense sticks, and occasionally maybe a food smell floated down from upstairs, but nothing pungent or bad. Everything was clean and looked as it did in the pictures. Quiet neighborhood, accessible to many food and entertainment places, and we were not bothered at all. Overall a very nice stay.

Smelled terrible. Was not clean. I mean, I had to clean the shower that had TONS of hair in the drain when I got there. Good thing I was the one to see it first or my wife would not have stayed there. It's a shame, if they would get the smell out of that place and REALLY clean it, it could be a nice little spot. As is, this should not be rented out in the current condition. They really should give me my money back.

Experience the quiet and tranquility of Utah! Tucked away in an upscale, quiet neighborhood single family home, relax in a comfortable guest suite that feels like home. Close to all major ski resorts and 20 mins away from Downtown Salt Lake City. This secluded secondary unit is perfect for traveling families or even a large group who wants to experience Utah without breaking their bank.

What makes this property unique

There are no common areas, you have the entire secondary unit to yourself along with the backyard during your stay. You are more than welcome to spend time in the back entrance of the house (this is your entrance to the unit). There are a couple of chairs and fire pit there, nothing fancy! If you smoke, please smoke outside and put cigarette butts in the ashtray.
