South Beach: Steps to BEACH! Pool

Great family vacation home. One of the best locations in Sea Pines: only a 3-minute walk to the beach; very close to the Salty Dog - only 1/4 of a mile. Harbour Town is a bike ride away. South Sea Pines is one of the most beautiful areas of Hilton Head!

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and large, spacious closet(s).

The four bedrooms are as follows: [1] King Primary Suite; [2] 'Bedroom 2' is a 2nd Primary Bedroom with King bed; [3] 'Bedroom 1': King bed; [4] very large Bonus Room with 1 Queen bed and 4 Twins. The Queen bed is in a separate alcove as you first enter the Bonus Room. The 4 Twins and seating area are in the main part of the Bonus Room. This room is down the hallway at the end of the house - a semi-private setting for a group of kids, teenagers or a young family.

The large Great Room is very comfortable with cathedral ceilings, fireplace, large-screen LED TV and leather couch.

The kitchen has a large convection oven/range, quartz countertops, coffee bar, dry bar, a large cupboard, island, breakfast nook and counter seating. Professionally designed with a light, airy coastal feel make this a warm and inviting area.

The Dining Room has a large round table that can seat 10.
This room also has an additional second seating area - perfect for large groups to separate between the 2 areas. There is a TV with cable in this room as well as the larger, main family room. Bluetooth wireless speakers.

Unique art throughout the house, done in nautical and coastal themes.

Newer deck floor, front walkway and railing Pool in cool blue. Lounge chairs on the pool level. The upper deck has a dining-table seating area on one end and lounge chairs on the other end. Outdoor shower with HOT water to rinse off comfortably after the sandy beach.
(Garage is for owner's use only.)

Wi-fi. TV in every bedroom and the Great Room. Wireless bluetooth speakers inside and on deck.

We RENT beach chairs: $25 per chair for the week. Total of 6 available.

How to access the beach? Directly across, down either the beach path on the left or through Tower Beach Club on the right. 300 yards from house to beach.

We employ local property maintenance to handle any problems that may arise during your stay.

The pool can be heated for $115/day. NOTE: The fee labeled "Pool" is for pool HEAT.
Up to 2 dogs allowed and pet fee applies. $295 /stay.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday in the busy season. Check-in is 4pm; check out 10 am.

**** Please note!! ***** that Sea Pines has changed how they handle gate passes. When you arrive at the gate you need to purchase a gate pass. They are $20 for the week, and you would need one for each car. Maximum of 4 cars allowed at the house per Sea Pines security.

The house is located on South Sea Pines Drive, steps to the beach, 1/4 mile to Salty Dog Cafe and South Beach Marina. Drone photos included here show the exact location.

This house is perfectly located just steps from the beach and minutes from the Salty Dog Cafe! We rented bikes and rode all over with ease! The home and pool are clean and well-equipped for large groups! Easy communication with hosts - a wonderful family vacation!

Beautiful property!

We had a lovely stay for traveling with friends for an annual Hilton Head trip. The property was a great location with easy access to the beach and Salty Dog, clean, and wonderful living space setup for traveling with kids. We would definitely stay here again!

A+ House and Hosts - Luxurious and Convenient

Walk to beach was even easier than I expected. Awesome pool area, great kitchen, and comfortable accommodations. Rarely do I say I’d return to a property, but if you want to stay in Sea Pines a few rows back from the beach, this is the perfect place!

Excellent Stay!

We really enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head Island and this property definitely helped us make great memories! The house was beautiful with a perfect layout that separates bedrooms from the kitchen and social spaces. It is a very short walk to the amazing beach. I recommend getting bikes to ride around Sea Pines - great trip!

Great family vacation house!

We really enjoyed our stay! We were traveling with our 2 daughters and their families. House was beautifully decorated and kitchen had plenty of utensils, cookware, etc. The children enjoyed the bonus room while our teenager had his own “nook” area. Great location close to everything!

Loved our time at the house!

We stayed at this house for just under 2 weeks over the Christmas holiday and would highly recommend. The house was spotless and it was more spacious than we thought it would be. The house is just a few minute walk to the beach and less than 0.5 miles to the Salty Dog. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and we cooked extensively. The beds were all very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space in all rooms to unpack and keep ourselves organized. The pool heater worked very well and allowed our kids to play in the pool when we weren’t at the beach or biking. We had a few minor issues and the host contacted us immediately, sending technicians both times within an hour or so during the holiday week. We were very pleased with our stay, thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us!

Fabulous Beach Week

Great house just as described. Checked all our boxes with pool, easy walk to the beach, space to spread out and overall great condition. We ended up not bringing our dog, but would have been fine if we had however not a lot of backyard space. Boys loved the basketball hoop in the pool! Easy check in and out… comfortable house to stay in for a week. Overall great stay!

Excellent location and perfect for families

There were 6 adults in our party, requiring 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and this home was perfect for us. Plenty of space to sit and relax in either the large kitchen, family room, deck, or around the private pool. Large round table in the kitchen conducive to conversation. Nicely remodelled kitchen and 2 bathrooms. This home is located in a very quiet area of Sea Pines which was less than a half mile from the South Beach Marina, The Salty Dog, and a bike rental company. Easy access to the beach from the Tower Beach Club. Had a minor problem with the pool to which the owner responded promptly and had the service people there within minutes. We loved this home and would highly recommend it.

Lovely family vacation!

We have rented many places in Sea Pines over the years, but I must admit that this home was our favorite! The pictures don't do this house justice! Owners truly thought about every detail. There were 8 of us so we do a lot of cooking and eating in and the kitchen was stocked with every pan and baking dish we needed. We loved the short walk to the uncrowded beach and easy walk to Salty Dog/bike rentals/paddle ball and tennis courts. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this home. We will be back!

Great house for pet owners!

Beautiful home and location

Check in process was smooth. We arrived 1 hour early so we waited in the driveway for the cleaning lady to finish and she was very nice and polite. The house matched the pictures and description. We paid extra for the pool to be heated but it seemed cool so we contacted the pool guy who arrived in 20 minutes. Very timely, very polite man. Owners responded quickly. Bug spray was needed when outside. You do have to cross the main road to get to the beach but wasn’t too bad of a walk, even with small children. Our 2 year old did get bit by a spider but luckily we were able to capture it and contacted an exterminator who confirmed it to be a crab spider and was harmless. Overall, beautiful, spacious home, great for our whole family to spend quality time together.

Our Family Vacation 2021

After 16 months of Covid, our family was very much in need of a gathering of all of us. What a perfect place to get together with our son's families and our wonderful grandchildren! Great location, short walk to the beach, and perfect house for families with children - the 4 twin room was just distant enough to quiet the excitement of cousins being together. Our only disappointment was the lack of the bar stools/chairs in the kitchen. The table chairs were too low to use at the bar, especially for the children. And as a result of their disappearance (from the photos & description), we didn't have enough chairs for the 11 of us to all eat together. Other than this, the house was wonderful! I would suggest providing more towels as we didn't have enough hand towels for all and barely enough bath towels. Thank you for an awesome vacation! We will definitely try to come back!

Fantastic Trip!

The property was as expected. Some of the furniture was older but the house was very clean- the beds were comfortable and the pool was perfect! We were actually closer to the beach then we thought we would be. The location was perfect! We would definitely rent again and highly recommend the property and staying on the south side of the island.

So much fun!!

Great location, large space for a family getaway

Just a short walk or bike ride from the beach and South Beach, this house was just perfect - lots of eating and entertaining space, and well great layout overall. Would definitely recommend!

We fell in love with Hilton Head on our first family stay. We have stayed different places on the island, but like Sea Pines the most because it is more private, beautiful bike paths, close to the Salty Dog and one of the most recognizable icons - the Lighthouse of Harbor Town! We are from Greater Cincinnati - northern KY specifically.

Spacious. Close to everything! - This particular house has a lot of room for your group to spread out and get some privacy or gather together.
