NO smoking of any kind in the home. If smoke smell is present you will be charged $250 extra cleaning fee.

Please do not wear outside shoes in the home to keep floors and rugs clean! If home is left excessively dirty -additional cleaning fees will incur.

Miranda always has clean and updated homes! Everything you need, I must say this is the only home we have stayed where the pots and pans were really usable, looked new. Everything was clean and it’s very convenient to many stores! Thanks Miranda!

Exactly what you hope for!

Miranda was an incredible host! She saved us from a less than desirable rental elsewhere, and bent over backwards to accommodate and extend our stay. The house is super cute and clean….there wasn’t anything we needed that she didn’t have. She even had doggie bags in the back yard for cleaning up after pets! The kids were happy, dogs were happy,it was exactly what you hope for when you pay to stay somewhere. Would definitely recommend.
