Winter Texans Welcome! Ocean View Condo: Condo is fully furnished, sleeps six with a new slate balcony overlooking beach. Master bedroom with queen size bed, sofa w/queen sofa sleeper. and alcove with bunk beds. Hotel quality linens furnished. Kitchenette equipped with full size refrigerator, new cabinets, granite counter tops, new appliances,dishes, utensils, pots/pans along with mini frig, cook top range, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances. Direct view and steps away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Free Wi-Fi, , cable TV in master bedroom, new TV in master and living room. Accommodations include; 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, Lighted tennis court, fitness center, barbecue/picnic areas with a pavilion fish cleaning station and laundry rooms on site. Security on site. Location, Location, the street from the beach!! Pleasure Pier, Fishing Piers; shops, restaurants, Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens near to the complex. A great place for family and friends!!

What makes this property unique
Location of my unit is EXCELLENT. it's located on the seawall, across the street from the distance to resturants and attractions. A fun place for the whole family.
