This lovely 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home has been thoughtfully appointed with tile floors in the main living area and plush and comfortable furniture throughout. This splendid home boasts 3 delightful master suites and even an apartment style zone for Kids, complete with bunk beds and their own media area. The main living area offers an open concept for everyone to sit around and enjoy, just off the living room area is a large open deck for relaxing and enjoying the pool views. The dining room area is open to the kitchen and living room.
After a long day at the beach, relax at your own private oasis with a large private pool that can be heated or cooled for a fee. Last but not least, the community beach boardwalk is just a short walk from the home, making your beach access a super easy one. Do not miss your opportunity to stay in one of the most desired properties in the Plantation!

Apartment is the perfect getaway for the kids with a bunkbed (full on top with 2 singles) also the love seat makes a full size bed.

Great place to spend some quality time!

Sand Solace is in a great location and has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay at the beach. GOSGI Vacation Properties makes sure all you needs are meet. They go above and beyond to take care of your requests. Sand Solace is such a lovely, comfortable home that you never want to leave! The remodeled kitchen is a dream and is well stocked with everything you need to prepare great meals and lots of room for storage. Smart TVs , games and a book nook offer plenty of entertainment.

My daughter, my dog, and I had a lovely stay at this property. The property is in a quiet gated community, just a short walk to the beach. We could hear the sound of the Gulf waves from the screened porch and from the balcony. We also enjoyed walking on the walking/bike paths. The property itself was as described. It was very clean, and that is something I value in a rental property. If you are looking for a clean space, you can rent this house with confidence. The check-in directions were very clear, and we had no problems getting into the gated community and into the house. There were beach chairs and a wagon for toting things to the beach. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook meals, and we cooked some meals and enjoyed others at nearby restaurants. There was plenty of space, and even larger parties of renters would find themselves comfortable at this property. The temperatures were fairly cool while we were there, so we did not always run the air conditioner, but when we did, it worked well.We did not encounter any problems during our stay, and communication was easy and clear before our stay. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Fun and Comfortable Vacation

The property was as described. The pool is perfect for small children and adults. The house is well appointed. The walk to the beach was short and easily done even by small children. The property management were helpful and easy to contact.

Absolutely perfect home for our family of 8 adults and one teenager

The family raved about Sand Solace and made it known that it’s the best house we’ve ever stayed in on St. George Island! We were able to spread out in the living areas, cook meals in the large kitchen and enjoy the large dining area as we conversed and played games. The pool’s location provided shade after a day at the easily accessible beach. Even the dogs loved the stay. Thanks to Roxanne for her attentiveness. A few issues—BBQ grill needs replacement, front door keypad didn’t always work, and sliding door to the porch was very hard difficult to open and close.
