Charming bungalow in historic Titusville with screened in porch.
Experience Titusville in this charming 1-bedroom turn of the century bungalow 50 yards from the Delaware canal and river. The home is nestled on a quite street that bridges the Delaware canal and the Delaware river in the historic village of Titusville. It is the first street from scenic Washington Crossing park and a short walk from other park activities. Enjoy walking or biking on the tow path, kayaking in the canal or the river, exploring nearby Lambertville, New Hope and Princeton or just enjoying the evening on the screened in porch or relaxing on he back deck. Philadelphia is about a half hour drive south. Have the feel of being far away but in the convenience of restaurants and shopping. This has been my home of 25 years and I have recently relocated. It has not been renovated recently, but it is relatively updated. Due to a heavy workload, there is some deferred maintenance but it is a relatively modern home (central air, updated lighting, ceiling fans, new range). The front room of the house has a well lit, sunny laptop ready office. The kitchen is small but well stocked (and includes a full sized range, oven, and microwave, Keurig, for coffee). There is a full size washer and dryer. We offer linens and towels for convenience. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Quaint bungalow on a quiet street with easy access to outdoor activities and local restaurants and shops. We enjoyed several cycling days, took in the beautiful fall colors and relaxed on the screen porch. The location and space was just what we were looking for!

Very nice neighborhood, close to the Delaware river and a trail along a canal. House is old, but there have been a few updates. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a washer/dryer, flat screen TV and office with internet connection.... The only thing not so good was the windows that needed washing inside and out. But, for the price, it was very nice and I would definitely stay here next time I visit Titusville.

Potentially Charming
Our overall impression was that the owners tried hard but didn't understand the nature of a Vrbo. Piles of personal affects (cat toys) lying around; livingroom furniture, bedding, carpet, walls, decor all old and needed upgrading. Kitchen was deplorable, in desperate need of paint; mouse poop on the counter. We feel they tried to put their best foot forward, but with as little investment as possible. The place is not suited for public consumption yet. It could be very cute with a lot of work. Front porch is charming, neighborhood near Delaware river is lovely and historic.
