Lakebound and Down! Beautiful waterfront home on Smith Lake

Welcome to this charming house on Smith Lake. This gorgeous property boasts 4 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms, including 2 king beds and 2 queen beds.
The main level has a full kitchen with cooking essentials, air fryer, coffee maker, 65 inch smart tv and electric fireplace.
The additional finished basement offers 2 triple bunk beds, a full bathroom, 65 inch tv, 2 arcade games, and the laundry room.

The home has large A frame windows that overlook the water and two decks off the house with large seating area that is among the trees with a great view of the water.

There are stairs to the water with multiple decks along the way down and a large deck at the bottom that looks out at the single slip dock and swim pier. We have chairs and some life jackets in the dock box for use.

This home is 10 minutes from I-65 and close to grocery store, food, and gas stations. Trident Marina is also about 10 minutes from the house.
Kroger delivery does deliver to the house for groceries which makes it so easy!

Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Smith Lake and our house has to offer.

Great Getaway!

Everyone in my group had a great time. The house was beautiful, and Kroger grocery delivey service was a game changer! The lake views were stunning. Bonus points for the downstairs bathroom :)!

Amazing Experience

The house was such a wonderful place to stay. Our boy’s loved the basement with the smart tv and arcade games and the view was outstanding. Smith Lake is one of our favorite lakes. If you bring a boat, Trident and Smith Lake Marina are both close by with restaurants accessible by boat. We preferred Trident between the two. Rebecca was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely return.

Camp house vibes

This was the perfect place to feel rustic minus the modern white brick and granite countertops. The wood plank vaulted ceilings combined with the super large windows overlooking the wooded area leading to the lake was priceless. Definitely rate a 10:10!!

Wish there were more pots and pans and drinking glasses. The house was a little musty smelling. Nice that there was plenty of paper towels and dish soap. The bathroom on the main floor was a little hard to shower in felt unsafe.

Holiday weekend

Lakebound and down was a nice place to stay, our grandkids absolutely LOVED the basement area with all their beds together and it was nice for the adults because it helped with the noise level. We weren't prepared for the 160 stair steps down to the lake. With 4 children under the age of 5 it had its challenges. Overall we had a really good time and the house served our family needs well
