Newly renovated three bedroom Two bath house. The home is close to town, shopping, dinning, breweries, and wineries. Very quiet neighborhood with homey feel. The house has washer and dryer, granite countertops and new appliances. There is enough parking for two cars in the drive and street parking. The square footage is about 1200 sq. ft. This is an historical area an old mill villiage that is over a hundred years old. I love the Lexington area the new wineries, breweries, High Rock lake, and many more attractions
