Unwind in Cardiff by the Sea at this lovely, contemporary home. This awesome property features 3 bedrooms with a king bed, queen sized murphy bed, and double sized sofa bed. All of the bathrooms are equipped with a shower, sink and toilet along with a steam, bidet and bathtub in master; fireplace in ocean front living room with full wall sliding glass doors opening up to a furnished, ocean facing upper front deck with fireplace, TV and ceiling heaters to relax or eat with ocean views; along with other amenities like EV charger(Tesla), house elevator, fenced back yard with jacuzzi, fireplace and lounge area, whole house sound system, AC, heat and WiFi. Bar B Q area off dining room. Walk to the beach, lagoon trails, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery store. We look forward to hosting you at our home. The ADU in the back is occupied by a single tenant.
