Our suite:

∙ our unit faces the mountains and the Ala Wai canal with unobstructed views. Diamond Head is just out our kitchen and bedroom windows,
∙ we get the morning sun and the afternoon shade. Beautiful tradewinds keep our unit cool and comfortable.
∙ we are on the opposite side of the complex from the recreation deck and pool facilities, providing a more peaceful retreat for those who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday.
∙ Free parking (maximum vehicle height 6') in our parking garage with 24 hour security is included with your rental (a $60-$75 value in Waikiki).

PLEASE NOTE: The Waikiki Banyan is a 100% NON SMOKING complex. Smoking of any substance, including vaping or the use of e-cigarettes is NOT permitted in our condo, on the lanai, or anywhere on the Waikiki Banyan property.

∙ Pay laundry room just steps away, diagonally across the hall from our front door (there is a laundry room on every floor) with an app available to download to pay for your laundry using your smart phone.
∙ the Banyan Breeze Coffee Shop in the lobby offers great coffee and other beverages, and delicious food. A computer, internet, and printer are available in the coffee shop for a small charge
∙ Well-stocked convenience store mini-mart in the lobby
∙ Our brand new, newly remodeled recreation deck on the 6th floor is reopening April 20, 2026. Perfect for the whole family with a large heated swimming pool, sauna, 3 hot tubs, lots of deck chairs, cabanas, barbecues, children's playground, basketball and tennis court and more. Photos to come soon!
*Important note: The hot tubs and pool are closed for annual maintenance for two weeks each year. This is usually done sometime in late spring/early summer but we have no control over the timing. While we will advise of the exact dates each year as soon as they are scheduled, we will not be responsible if this necessary annual maintenance closure falls during your booked stay. The remainder of the rec deck will remain open during this time. Accidents sometimes happen which necessitate the pool being closed for short periods for cleaning. Again, this is beyond our control and we are not responsible for any emergency closures that may happen from time to time. We apologize for any inconvenience these closures may cause.
We purchased our condo in 2012 and we lovingly renovated it again in 2025 with comfort and relaxation in mind. Since then, we have welcomed hundreds of guests, all of whom have loved our unit as you can see by our many 5* Star reviews.
