cute little 1 bedroom bungalow, very clean, no pet smells at all, a few basics in the kitchen. off street parking although if you have a very low vehicle, the lip from the street can be a little steep. Fyi, the entrance to the driveway faces the side street, not the address street. Would definitely rent again of needed. Great responsive host, even gave us breakfast location recommendations.
Located within walking distance to OSU campus and downtown! Super clean house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Great value, updated kitchen and comfy tv room to visit with my OSU student and his sister. Would def stay again!
Great location for our needs, close to OSU campus. Arrival and departure were easy. Nice place for my daughter and I to base out of for tournament at OSU. Everything was great, except bedroom mattress was a little hard, but pull out couch mattress was comfortable. We are considering staying here again next summer.
Great little place for the weekend to visit our daughter at OSU. The place was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed the space you don't get with a hotel room.
This property was a no frills experience that provided everything that we needed. Wifi supported two remote workers, bed was comfortable (we like firm) once we removed the foam pad, and the property accommodated our dog! The cookware was damaged upon arrival but the manager is super responsive and replaced it within an hour of our request. We also did laundry, and the washer and dryer worked well. The couch, which is also a pull out bed, was not super comfortable to our taste (as a couch) and we didn't try it as a pull out. Great value for the money! Thanks to the host for being so responsive!
Perfect place to stay while visiting our college kids. Close to campus and down town. House was very clean and comfortable. Also pet friendly, making it possible for the whole family to see other.
Great location, comfortable bed, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a nice bonus. The owner was also very responsive when I texted about the kitchen lights not working when I checked in. The unit had a bit of a stale/musty smell, which may just be from Oregon’s damp climate, and I did notice ants in the shower. The kitchen has the basics, but there’s no dishwasher and, oddly, no kitchen towels. It’s fine for simple snacks or light meals, but not really set up for cooking a full meal. The listing says check-in is at 3:30 p.m., while the owner’s message said 4:00 p.m. Although the home faces 30th Ave, the driveway is located on the side street and the home is behind the home facing 30th.Overall, a good stay in a very convenient location.
This was the perfect place for us to stay to drop our daughter off at OSU! We could walk down to her dorm and even walk down to the creamery and get ice cream. Such a cute place and very cozy. It had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The grill seemed brand new, and worked great. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit!
The outside looks quite deceiving as the inside gives way to cozy space which was perfect for this solo traveler. Bedroom was minimalist, but lots of natural light. Tucked at the end of a street it was quiet. Breaker flipped during stay eliminating power a portion of the house, including the fridge. The host was responsive in assisting to get power flowing again.
We came to Corvallis to tour OSU and decided to opt for a VRBO instead of a hotel. Shelly’s place is super close to campus and just right for my husband and our daughter. Comfy bed and good heating system!
Clean and easy. Very close to campus. Newly updated kitchen, bathroom, laundry. TV and WiFi easy access. Property manager might want to check some loose screws in bathroom vent and kitchen cabinet… but overall great place in cute neighborhood with easy dog walking.
A perfect place to stay while helping my son wrap up his first year at OSU. The air conditioning was (surprisingly) a must-have due to temps in Corvallis soaring into the mid-90’s; we were able to relax and enjoy hanging indoors during the heat of the day. A couple of snags with the amenities, but the host responded immediately and had a quick solution for us within hours. Great place to land for a couple of “bachelor” days!
The dishwasher didn’t work, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Bed in bedroom was too firm for us, but the pull-out king sofa bed was better and very comfy so we slept in living room. Spacious cottage. It was nice to have washer and dryer right in the house. Off street parking was nice to have. TV worked well. Bathroom was a bit small, but it worked beautifully. We would be happy to stay there again if it is available the next time we are in Corvallis.
The home was fairly clean. The bath mat was dirty, dishwasher did not work and smelt bad, the door to the top cupboard with the plates in it was lose. The bath tub plug did not work and there needs to be a warning about the sugar ants. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
