This beautiful luxury property sits on a corner lot overlooking a small pond which makes it so serene and easy to locate. The view from the Master bedroom is very beautiful and peaceful. This brand new property built October 2022 and is very spacious with 2400 Square feet of space for you to enjoy with your whole family.

The neighborhood is very peaceful, safe and quiet and is 7 minutes walk from Blacklick trails making it the perfect location for guests looking to explore the nature.
