This 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for your escape to the Greater Wenatchee area as a single, couple or small family. The cozy living area includes an electric fireplace and large Roku TV. Take a relaxing soak in the hot tub on the back patio after a day of exploring the outdoor mecca that is Central Washington. Watch TV in bed with the 2nd wall-mounted television. Or connect to wifi to update your social media. After a good night's sleep in the exceptionally comfortable queen bed, you will awaken rested for another day of adventuring! You'll find everything you need for your morning beverage of choice (coffee k-cups, tea bags & cocoa provided) in the well-stocked, full kitchen.

This property is perfectly located for a getaway in any season; there is something for everyone here! For warm weather fun, the closest park and boat-launch is only 10 minutes away, but there are multiple access points to the gorgeous Columbia River that are not much further. There are 4 golf courses within a 15 minute radius, and the Gorge Amphitheater is only a 45 minute drive. Forty minutes away is the charming Bavarian village of Leavenworth. Wenatchee is well-known for excellent mountain-biking and hiking. Skiing/snowboarding is only 30 minutes away at Mission Ridge, and there's great snowshoeing from the same parking lot. It's only a few minutes from Pangborn airport making arrival for the longer-distance travelor quick and easy. Experience local wine-tasting at the beautiful grounds of the Circle 5 winery, then head into Wenatchee or Leavenworth for more. You can be in downtown East Wenatchee in 5 minutes where you'll find restaraunts and shopping to meet your every need.

This apartment attached to a garage is a very comfortable with updated amenities. The kitchen is large, living room is a great place to relax, and the hot tub was enjoyable.

Home Vacation Vibes!

This was exactly what I needed. A cozy, small home away from home while I was waiting on a longer term rental. It had everything I needed with extreme attention to detail. It also had a great indoor-outdoor experience. Glen and Lisa were friendly and attended to my every request. I highly recommend this place.

Place had a lived in feel. Trash can was full and there was a half pot of cold coffee in there. Bed was made but with the kitchen the way it was we couldnt tell if the sheets were washed or if the bed was just made after whoever was there before us.

We relocated to the Wenatchee area after 30 years in Mason County. Since we found ourselves frequently making the 5 hour trip in order to take advantage of year-round outdoor recreation, we finally decided it made sense to live here full-time. We’re so glad we did! We enjoy hiking, biking, 4-wheeling, and camping when the weather allows, and snowshoeing when it doesn’t. We love that we get 4 unique seasons here!

What makes this property unique

The apartment was unfinished when we purchased the property. It was important to us to have plenty of room for our kids & grandkids to visit, so we put up a wall to divide the apartment from the shop area and completed the apartment. Since we are located right next to a cherry orchard, it made sense to us to go with farmhouse-style decor. We tried to make it a place that we would enjoy staying in ourselves. We had a great time putting together the finishes like the orchard ladder towel rack and the upcycled pallet coat hanger. We hope you love it as much as we do!
