WINTER 2021 REMODEL! 2022 NEW BEDS! We are excited to share our new, modern space with you - updated throughout. Both bathrooms are completely remodeled with new walk in shower, tile, and walnut vanities. New counter tops, carpet, appliances and gas fireplace. The house and yard are looking spectacular. We take great pride in our house and continue to add more for your enjoyment.

Come escape to this comfortable, one level, family friendly beach house getaway. The house is conveniently located 2 blocks from the beach trail head, Pacific Way bakery/market and Cafe, coffee, ice cream, wine, gift shops, and more. It is just as easy to golf, bike, play tennis or basketball, fish, clam dig, crab or take a leisure stroll in the cute, little sleepy town of Gearhart.

The Gearhart retreat provides a comfortable great room set up with updated modern decor and furnishings. A fully stocked kitchen opens into dining area, living room, and family room. The large family room has a 50" flat screen TV with a Roku stick (YouTube TV provided), plenty of sitting space, and a wonderful area to relax together. The cozy, light filled living room has a new gas fireplace, additional TV with DVD player, and in house library which makes for a wonderful, restful area. The three bedrooms are arranged with king, full, and two twin beds. Enjoy the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and true walk in shower.

The extra large, professionally landscaped back yard is very versatile. The unfenced, grassy yard is great for yard games. Relax in the comfort of adirondack chairs, grill up a meal (picnic table provided), or sit around the fire pit. The two car garage is useful for storing bikes and other gear. There is plenty of room to park three cars in the driveway.

Pets are considered on a case to case basis. Please let the owner know prior to staying for approval. If approved, pets may not be left unattended in the house (crate / kennels are okay). There is an additional pet fee.

Maximum nightly occupancy is six guests and up to three children two and under (older children are included in max occupancy of six).

No tents allowed in back yard. All cars must be parked in driveway or garage. No events nor parties allowed. Noise must be kept to a minimum respecting neighbors. No smoking.

Gearhart is a charming, small beach town located on the north Oregon coast. In town there is the Pacific Way Bakery and Cafe, McMenamins, espresso, ice cream, wine, candy, and gift shops. Nearby are the historic town of Astoria, fun towns of Seaside and Cannon Beach, and quiet town of Manzanita.
