About this property

Nicely decorated cottage with quiet location in Beach Dreams, Wells, ME!

This cottage #181 at Beach Dreams will not disappoint! The owners have made this the perfect vacation rental. Everything was freshly painted and updated for the 2023 season. For the 2025 season they have installed a mini split A/C unit that will keep the cottage much cooler than the in wall units. There is all new stainless steel appliances. There is a new queen size bed in the master bedroom and in the living room a new queen size sofa bed and chair. The bathroom was remodeled and has a new floor. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. The location is in the back of the property of Beach Dreams which is a very quiet area with privacy. There are hardwood floors throughout the cottage and is decorated with a beach theme. The screened in porch is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach while you cook dinner on the gas grill.

*Please note that linens and towels are not included. Also, the owners do have a dog that visits the cottage when they are using it. The cottage is always cleaned professional after their stays.

Beach Dreams Cottages Condominiums is located in the picturesque New England seaside town of Wells, Maine. The community consists of 229 quaint cottages on 43 acres of land. It is located on US Coastal Route 1 and easily accessible via Interstate 95. It is a scheduled stop on the Wells Trolley line providing our owners and guests with the ability to travel Wells and its bordering towns with ease. The amenities include one large clubhouse, a fully equipped gym, game arcade, tennis courts, basketball, a heated swimming pool, and a hot tub all of which are accessible to those who rent.

It is located about 1 1/2 miles from Moody Beach. There is so much to do in this area! There is excellent fishing (stripers and bluefish), biking, boating & kayaking, golfing (Old Marsh golf course is awesome and is just 3 miles away), beautiful beaches, many-many great restaurants, quaint shops and some of the nicest people you will meet!

Perfect Time

The cttage was just lovely! They had taken care of our needs wonderfully. I hope to stay there again when we return to Maine! Kathleen, the property manager was so perfect and lovely to work with! She was always available and constantly wanting to provide us the very best!!
