The Chain Ferry and the river are only minutes away, and you're perfectly positioned for day trips to nearby towns like Fennville, Grand Haven, South Haven, Holland, Douglas, and Zeeland. Oval Beach and Lake Michigan’s Douglas Beach are also close by.

Built in 1920 and cherished by the same family for over 60 years, this house was beautifully reimagined by its new owners in 2023. The home offers 3 inviting bedrooms, ideal for a tranquil retreat, and 3.5 bathrooms to ensure everyone’s comfort.

On the main level, you'll find a queen-size bedroom, a full bathroom with heated floors and a shower, a convenient half-bathroom, and an open-concept living area. The fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room create a welcoming space for indoor dining and socializing. The dining table seats six, and the kitchen island accommodates four. We had an absolutely amazing time with our two kids under 2 and small dog! The house was right downtown and easy to walk to all restaurants and shops. 10 minute drive to the beach. House included beach chairs, but no umbrella, so do bring your own. Our almost 2 year old loved running in the yard. Thanks so much for an incredible getaway! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house! The house has top of the line everything and is spotless. We enjoyed the comfortable porch and fire pit also in the backyard. This house is simply wonderful! It is old and charming, with much attention to detail, but it is also fully updated, chic, and super relaxing! From the wine fridge, to the lighting, to the temp controls, everything has been updated to provide maximum comfort. The office was perfect for one of our family who needed to work, and the front porch was a fabulous way to both start and end our days! Communication from the host was excellent on all levels. This house is wonderful. It is in a great location, well stocked, clean and charming. We rented it to use as extra space for a family reunion in Holland and our only regret is not being able to spend more time at the house. The front porch is a great place to relax, and the firepit would be fun to gather around with family and friends. We would definitely stay again.
