This wonderful one-bedroom has come out of a full renovation and tastefully mixes old-world furniture with modern comfort.

Located in the heart of the Ile-Saint-Louis, the front entrance to this early 17th-century building leads into a small and quiet courtyard. You can choose between taking the elegant wood staircase or the elevator to access this third floor apartment. Upon entering, your first impression will be one of light and warmth. The luminosity is due to the very high ceilings and tall windows. The pale yellow color of the walls in the main living areas makes it cheerful and warm all year round.

Fabulous position, lovely apartment, air con was the best I've ever had, silent and absolutely vital as we were there during exceptional heatwave. Would stay again. Very well equipped kitchen, small but perfectly adequate for a couple. Very comfy bed too.

A gem on Ille St Louis

This apartment was perfect for a week long stay with my husband. The location can't be beat -easy access to all Paris has to offer. A short walk to the Metro and Left and Right banks. It had everything we needed. Good bed. Great shower. Washer/drier was a great bonus. So wonderful coming home to a quiet refuge after a busy day of sight seeing. So sad to leave :(

Great place, very roomy for a Paris apartment, high ceilings make it feel larger. Perfect location, easy walking distance to several great and friendly restaurants. The apartment was clean, well equipped and very functional (good water pressure, hot water, etc). Check-in and out was a breeze which was a bonus after a long flight.

Elegant and charming stay in beautiful Ile Saint Louis

This apartment was as elegant and charming as advertised. My children loved opening the beautiful, large window and watching all the activity on the street below. Location ideal. Owner was very hospitable and always available for questions. We were so sad our stay ended!

Lovely spot in the center of it all

A perfect pied-a-terre in Paris. Well maintained and great for the two of us. We walked to the Marais, Latin Quarter and museums. Had coffee every morning at the St. Regis looking out over the Seine. Excellent Metro access. We absolutely loved it!

Fantastic Location!

Easy , personable check in. Restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, shops very close by. Apartment is in need of a few improvements: towels were sparse and old( we were there for 10 days) , need a soap dish, the sofa has buttons missing etc. Very safe and quiet neighborhood.
