The bright, open studio accommodates up to three guests with a queen bed and sofa bed. A full kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare breakfast, snacks, and casual meals at home, while air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV provide the comforts you need after a day in the sun.
Step onto your private garden-facing balcony for morning coffee or a quiet place to relax at the end of the day.

Nikte is located directly on Half Moon Bay in Akumal, an excellent location for enjoying the area without having to drive everywhere.
Walk to nearby restaurants or head to Yal-Ku Lagoon for swimming and snorkeling. Akumal Bay and its beautiful sandy beach are also nearby, along with additional restaurants, shops, and activities.

Good to Know

- Nikte 10 is located on the third floor.
- Nikte has an elevator, but service can be inconsistent. When operational, we recommend using it for luggage and groceries only and using the stairs for regular access.
-Half Moon Bay has a natural shoreline with a mix of sand and coral. Water shoes are recommended when entering the water.
-Seasonal sargassum can affect the Riviera Maya coastline, particularly during the warmer months.

Serene beach getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was clean, modern, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements, staff were super friendly and cleaned the condo every day! It was the perfect place to stay to explore Akumal. Definitely recommend.
