Guests will find their stay here enjoyable and relaxing. An additional living room space with 2 twin beds provides extra comfort for your group. Enjoy beautiful lake views, kayak or paddle board rides, eating on the deck overlooking the water, and many games for the family to play. Make fantastic memories with a stay on Heaton Lake. Two adult kayaks, one children's kayak, two paddle boards, badminton gear, hammocks, fishing poles, and a swimming mat available for guest's use. Maximum of 3 parking spots available, including private access to the garage via remote during your stay. Full private access to the house includes all linens, shampoo and conditioner, coffee with supplies, and washer and dryer. There is a second fridge in the garage that is stocked with condiments, drinks, and ice cream that all guests are welcome to enjoy at no cost. Great property on the lake. Beautiful views. We saw swans and geese. Clean. Warm. And the beds were comfortable.

Although, February is not the greatest time to visit Elkhart, IN, this little cabin made it worthwhile. It was cozy, as advertised, but also clean and well-appointed with amenities and welcoming decor. Our host was perfect, delivering on what was necessary, and letting us have our space otherwise. It is a bit confusing navigating, but our host gave very clear directions. Also, although this place is well maintained and classy, there are other properties that aren't. Please don't let that deter you from staying here. Have fun!

The size was perfect for us the view was awesome. The place is clean and since it was snowing having a garage was definitely a plus. Great communication with the owner. Lots of fun places to shop and visit. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Elkhart Getaway

This property was perfect for our needs. It was clean, bright, and supplied with all the necessities. The property manager was SUPER! She was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The area is a short drive to bike trails. The house itself has beautiful views, plus hammocks in the yard and ice cream in the freezer. A happy weekend away and a place we would visit again.

Perfect Lakeside Getaway!

We stayed for three nights (myself, my husband, and kids ages 14 and 11), and this rental was absolutely perfect for our family.The home was even nicer in person than in the photos. It appears to be recently updated, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. It’s tastefully and simply decorated and furnished. The kitchen was especially well stocked, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus.The garage was another plus, our 3rd row SUV fit fine. The beds were very comfortable and the linens fresh and cozy. The lake is small but peaceful and perfect for swimming, floating, and kayaking (there were three kayaks available for use).We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a great trip to the cabin for the weekend. It was very clean and more spacious than we anticipated. Having garage access was also nice. The only problem was we had no hot water in the shower for the weekend. The hot water worked in the sinks so it makes me think it has some sort of plumbing issue to the shower. That part was a bit of an inconvenience but we loved the place other than that. We are hoping to be back in the future!

We enjoyed our cozy weekend stay on Heaton Lake! The fall colors were popping and swans on the lake were a delight to watch. This is a very sweet spot, we would definitely stay again!
