great place in the country while still be super close to town. pool isn’t heated, but the hot tub was nice and warm. beds were comfy! The kitchen needed some restocking on basic things—there wasn’t a toaster and some everyday food prep items. Thanks for sharing your home!

This was a great place to take my family of 7 for some summer time pool fun. Plenty of space, large pool, and hot tub were used a lot. Check-in and out was easy, and the communication with the owner was very good. Will be staying there again!

This was a wonderful property to stay at, the owner was very responsive and helpful, the location was perfect, able to enjoy the countryside while being within minutes of Goshen and the Elkhart County Fairgrounds. The family loved the amenities, no shortage of things to keep them busy and entertained.

Birthday get away

Nice house with a wonderful in ground pool & hot tub. Close to shopping at Shipshawana (about 20-25 min) & close (5-10 min) to Goshen restaurants & shopping. Super easy check in & easy communication with the host.

Our experience at this home with Dom was incredible. He was very responsive to our questions and the house was exactly the way the pictures showed. We enjoyed it very very much. It was very clean and our grandsons (age 11, 9 & 6) enjoyed the games provided and the pool very very much! They spent literally hours in the pool. The home is very very private with a corn field behind the back fence...truly in the country. There was a beautiful sunrise over the rye field across the road every morning. There was coffee and bottled water and a snack basket provided which was very nice. I gave this a five star rating because it truly was excellent but there are a few things that would improve this property based on what we typically see in vacation rentals that we stay in. Firstly, we did not feel the kitchen was stocked as well as we typically see. We actually had to go buy a toaster. There was limited plates to eat off of so we had to run the dishwasher after every meal. Typically there are place settings for 12 and there were only cereal bowls and 6 dinner plates, very cheap plastic. So that would be one improvement. It was not advertised, so this is my fault for not noticing, but in all of our years of staying in rental properties this was the first one that did not have laundry facilities. We were shocked!! Because of this, my wife had to go into Goshen to a laundry mat. Not convenient. Just a couple of things to improve on.

Just perfect!

What a perfect house and stay!!! Thank you so much for your welcoming home. We booked last minute to see the Notre Dame playoff game (Go Irish!!!) and couldn’t have been more delighted with the beautiful house and welcoming accommodations. Great hosts and house. Highly recommend.
