Beautiful home in Rancho Mirage Del Webb, view, salt pool, pickleball, and more!

This 3-bedroom home has it all. There is a well-appointed kitchen, extra dishes to serve guests, Open floor plan with lovely furnishings, and ample seating. Large screen TV in main living space and main bedroom. Internet-ready for your streaming devices and smart TV channels.Ceiling fans in the main living space and all bedrooms. Wonderful salt water pool, 4 ft ledge lounge to enjoy under an umbrella if so desired. Spa and firepit.
The clubhouse privileges will be signed over for you to enjoy. Large heated pool and a smaller covered pool also. Exercise room, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, clubhouse events, such as theatre and comedy nights, and live music in the bar. The owner pays homeowner dues and pool maintenance. Pool maintenance twice a week. At least a one-month minimum stay. One of the parties must be 55+ years old. Del Webb is a gated community with 24-hour security and over 7 miles of walking trails.

Rental insurance is required. The pool, spa, and fire pit are all gas. You are responsible for any expence over the gas credit given.

Everything was just plain Excellent. Lisa & Mike checked us in and checked us out. During our stay they checked in “now and then” to make certain all was well! Great home, great people to rent from.

My husband and I are from Mukilteo WA. We love sunshine! We both are still working so limited time to be here. We decided to rent our home out a bit and share. We are well stocked, we come here every few months and love to entertain.
I love our back pool/ patio area. I have sat outside more than inside since finishing our home.
You should go for a walk in the evening, the path lights are beautiful walking to the clubhouse. We like to play pickleball in the morning and evenings. You can light up the courts til 10:00.
I also enjoy walking to the clubhouse, The clubhouse has many activities, and live music every week. You can enjoy a drink and just walk home . Love that !

Why they chose this property

My husband and i came to the area to relax by a resort pool and go hiking.We decided to visit a friend that just moved to this neighborhood.
Never made it hiking , purchased a lot and built instead. We are so happy we did!

What makes this property unique

Our home is stocked well with things that make your experience easy . We have lots of sitting areas inside and out, we enjoy having guest's and like to be set up well for them.
We have plenty of pool floats , extra fold up chairs in garage . Feel free to take them to enjoy an outdoor concert in the area also .
