The Mural at San Juan is located in the heart of Santurce, one of the trendiest neighborhoods in San Juan. We are within walking distance from eclectic coffee shops, restaurants, street murals, and the famed Lote 23. We are a few minutes' drive to Old San Juan, Condado, La Placita, Choliseo, Plaza Las Americas, Distrito T-Mobile & Coca-Cola music Hall and some of the best beaches in the area. There is a bus stop within close walking distance that connects you to the city.
Additionally, the premise is gated and we offer free parking.
The space
The Mural at San Juan 102 is a modern apartment great for couples, families and friends looking for the perfect retreat in Puerto Rico. Its location and amenities make this place unique.
This spacious unit includes:
- 2 bedrooms, both equipped with a queen bed.
- One full bathroom
- A kitchen that is is equipped with cookware, utensils, dishes, a
refrigerator, a gas stove/oven and a microwave.
- Dining area
- Dedicated workspace
- Washer and Dryer in the unit
Other amenities include fresh white towels, linens, a blow dryer, shampoo, a hair conditioner, bath gel, iron, ironing board, hangers, and a safe for valuables. There is a washer and a dryer in the unit and an additional washer and dryer on-site. The washer is free and the dryer is coin-operated (Detergents not included). The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. The unit is backed up by a power generator and a reserve water tank.

The apartment is located a very short flight of stairs from the ground floor. There is no elevator.

Great pre-cruise stay!
Let’s level set: this is not a fancy place. But, what it does offer is a very clean space that’s in a good location to explore San Juan and the island. It has assigned parking, which is plus in this area. It was clean, comfortable beds, and the AC worked great in all the rooms. The kitchen is adequately stocked for a vacation rental. The area has several restaurants within walking distance (go to Abracadabra for brunch!). There’s also a really good grocery store within walking distance (Pueblo). At first I could understand guests being worried about the area however we never felt unsafe and walked a lot (to eat, grocery shop,etc.). But we also lived in NYC for 3 years. The host is quick to respond. Check-in and out was easy. This met our needs for our short stay.
