The studio accommodates up to 4 guests with a queen bed, double sofa bed and double futon. It includes a full bathroom and kitchenette, A/C and WiFi.

Enjoy the building's private pool, tennis court, gym, game room, laundry facilities and 24/7 security.

Water during scheduled rationing: The building's reserve system maintains water service during scheduled interruptions.

This apartment was my own home for several years, and I hope it feels like your HOME away from home while you experience Puerto Rico.

A note about the building: This is an older beachfront condominium, and its exterior and some common areas reflect its age and ongoing repair and maintenance work. While the building may look modest at first glance, the apartment is privately maintained and offers direct beach access, ocean views, a pool, gym, tennis court, 24/7 security, and the relaxed atmosphere that makes this location so special.

I hope my guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and at home while enjoying everything Puerto Rico has to offer.

Condado gives you the best of both worlds: the beach and ocean breeze just steps away, with restaurants, cafés, shops, hotels, casinos, and nightlife all within walking distance.

I especially love being able to enjoy the beach and then walk almost anywhere without needing a car. It's a wonderful location for experiencing both the relaxing and vibrant sides of San Juan.

What makes this property unique

I bought this apartment in 2011 as a repossessed property and learned how to repair and restore the entire space before making it my home. Since 2016, I have shared it with guests for both short- and long-term stays.

Some of my favorite memories are of living right on the beach, keeping the windows open, watching the stars, and falling asleep to the ocean breeze. It's a simple, cozy space that I called HOME for several years, and I hope it feels like your own HOME away from home while you discover Puerto Rico.
