MAR Y Sol is a Beautiful 3 Bedroom Two and a half Bath ocean-front condominium at 1800 Atlantic. Enjoy the balmy breezes from your 60 foot private wrap around balcony with a fabulous view of the Atlantic ocean.

Mar Y Sol has renovated kitchen and bathrooms.

Mar y Sol is in high demand so during we take rentals from a Saturday to Saturday only during high season which is basically December through April. If gaps appear we will take shorter stays and fill the gaps

The historic district is less than 1.5 miles away. You are literally 1 minutes walk from our amazing pool and bubbling Jacuzzi, we even had a sauna onsite. For the Tennis enthusiast we have the only clay court on the island of key west.
Stay with us and you will be back.

Key West Get Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location, views, the huge deck, the spaciousness of the unit and the amenities of the condominium as well as the property. The pool was awesome for laps as well as just floating in the sun. We had a wonderful time!

Just Perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for four magical days! The property itself and the condo were just as described if not more beautiful. I wish whoever cleans these rooms and grounds could come do my house, it was immaculate with every amenity thought of. Contact with the staff was immediate and thorough. I would love to stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented apartment A101 at 1800 Atlantic Avenue in key West. We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was large and has a lovely view. The negatives are dishwasher which needs repair, the low water pressure in both bathrooms, the lack of enough drinking glasses and the living room couches which are ripping and should be replaced. We liked the pool and hot tub and the apartment was clean and tidy.
