The open air design of the living/dining area adds to the spaciousness. The recently renovated kitchen is roomy and boasts a stainless steel refrigerator, and double sink. The large glass dining table has room for six a great view of the ocean.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed and double windows looking out over the ocean and a fabulous walk in closet/dressing room. The spa-like primary bathroom has dual vanities and an oversized, glass-enclosed walk-in shower. This bedroom also has its own individual access to the private balcony, perfect for an early morning cup of coffee and a sunrise. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet boasting lots of storage. The second bathroom is stylish with its modern glass and tile shower, full wall mirror and granite topped vanity.

**ELEVATOR SHUT DOWN NOTICE: The East building elevator will be shut down starting March 2nd, 2026 until June 19th, 2026 for a Elevator Modernization Project. The condo will ONLY be accessible via stairway.
