My family and I love staying here. It is so clean and the beds are so comfortable! There is a fantastic fenced in area for our dog to run. This is the only place we will ever stay when we come to Grand Junction. It is right next to the campus, so we can walk to the football field and several restaurants. Convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Very clean/organized house. Nice fenced-in backyard for us and our dog. Convenient doggie door. Location was great, next to MSU campus and downtown. Very nice sleep number/temperpedic beds. Nice furnishings in general. Just really a comfortable place to be.

Awesome stay

Cute home , very comfortable brought my dog with a big backyard for her to wander! The host was fantastic ! Location extremely close to CMU campus just what I was looking for! Will definitely stay here again! Thanks Beth for everything!

Perfect location whether your stay is for one or multiple nights. Right on the edge of CMU campus. Easy drive to the sights of GJ and wineries. Comfortable home away from home. Relax in the fenced in backyard by the fire pit while grilling with the family. Easy to communicate with the host. We will be back.

Very cute house in an amazing location. Convenient location to everything in Grand Junction. It was a perfect and walkable location to see my son who goes to school at Colorado Mesa University. Backyard area was nice to drink coffee in the morning and relax outside at night. We had an issue (our fault, not the owner’s) and the owner was so helpful, nice and responsive. Check in was super easy! We had a wonderful stay here!

Nice and convienant to campus!

I was delighted with this Vrbo. It had the perfect location, being right near campus. Also, it had a lovely backyard for entertaining my son and his friends, which was exactly what I was looking for. The owners are very nice, and they left me a birthday cake, which was a lovely surprise! I definitely recommend staying here.

The host was extremely responsive to questions and requests. The location is central, with most businesses we were interested in were a 10-20 minute drive.Quiet, with little traffic, and Colorado Mesa University across the street. Park was close, as well as restaurants and bakeries.House interior isn’t updated, but beds were comfortable and large backyard was enjoyable for the grandkids.

CMU Homecoming Game

My husband, our daughter, my mom and I stayed two nights in this lovely, clean bungalow. It was comfortable and has a fantastic fenced in back yard, which was great for our dog.

You can't beat the location if you're doing things on campus during your visit, it's as close as they come! The house is lovely, perfectly charming and cozy and felt very safe, welcoming and warm. We will FOR SURE be back again. A+

JUCO baseball and relaxing getaway

Home away from home. We sure enjoyed our time in Grand Junction. Accommodations are first class. Barbecued steaks, burgers and ribs. Slept well. Quiet. Hop, skip and a jump from city amenities. I hope to stay here next year for the Junior College World Series. Perfect!

The location was fantastic, walkable for my daughter from the campus. We did some meal prep for the upcoming week and she got to spend time with her ESA cat. Only request would be a better mattress in the 2nd bedroom. Daughter tried to sleep on it but stated sleeping on a door. we looked to see if the same mattress with remote as in master but doesn't seem to be. So she slept on the couch instead. Other than that, all was great for the weekend visit and would book again.
