This 2-bedroom townhome was fully remodeled with functionality in mind! You will love the clean minimalist design with big functionality packed into this townhome! Enjoy the Colorado sunshine in a private, fully fenced patio with BBQ grill and outdoor dining. A fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook delicious meals during your stay. High end finishes throughout. Upgraded memory foam mattresses and deluxe pillows for a good nights rest. Central air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer time. Centrally located to all activities the Grand Valley has to offer. CMU, Colorado National Monument, Mountain biking, hiking, Fruit and Wine Byway, and much more. Pets allowed for an additional $20/night pet fee, up to 2 pets MAX.

The main level offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room and 1/2 bath. Sliding door off of the dining area leads to a fully fenced private patio with pet friendly astro turf, BBQ grill and outdoor dining seating.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom 1 includes king sized memory foam mattress with a sliding door leading to a private balcony with seating. Black out curtains are provided for the sliding door. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen sized memory foam bed with black out blinds.

Onsite free shared laundry facilities, located at the end of the building in the laundry room. Laundry detergent provided for you during your stay. 3 parking spots available for each unit.

Central Air conditioning, Roku smart TV for access to all the major apps AND access to local channels with spectrum TV, Upgraded Wifi (1 gig) for quick internet connections.

Pets allowed for an additional $20/night pet fee, up to 2 pets MAX.

Nice and clean!

We had a great time! Everything was super clean and well maintained. The AC worked great! Rooms were a nice size which made it easy to travel with little kids. Closet in main bedroom was spacious. We look forward to staying again in the future!!

Perfect Stay

Upon arrival the place was clean and cozy. The owners have provided pretty much everything anybody could need for thier stay. The only thing I wish had been provided was an all purpose cleaner/disinfectant spray and maybe some windex etc... for doing some cleaning while we were there for a long stay. Safeway is right down the street so you can pick up anything you need though. it was no big deal to go grab a bottle. We hope to stay there again! It was the perfect location near our family and town.

Here for tattoo touch ups. Place was comfortable and thoughtful. Easy access to everything. Only suggestion is some sort of coffee creamer/sweetener, but I just got a Starbucks.

Visit Daughter in Grand Junction

House was brand spanking new and beautiful. Easy to use, great parking and all the streaming you need. Go to the Palisade Farmers Market! Eat a peach if they are in season. The National Monument was so pretty. Bring lotsa water.

In for barrel tasting

The property had nice large rooms. We only used one of the bedrooms with the nicer view. The second bedroom while it had a balcony, overlooked an ugly yard across the street and the parking lot with a dumpster and a shopping cart. The upstairs bathroom had nice amenities but you could not put anything in the drawers. The bedrooms had large walls for a dresser and a chair but no where to really unpack or sit as the bed frame was not conducive to sit on. We could have used tissue in the bathrooms. The coffee pot was hard to figure out. We enjoyed the patio. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The tv did not have local Chanels or news. We enjoyed being in a VRBO that is dog friendly rather than a hotel.

Basic but perfect

Comfortable and super clean. Booking process was very easy and Rebecca was great with communication. Condo is basic but was perfect for our short weekend. The only issue we had was Google Maps taking us to the wrong street. But once we found the correct location we were extra happy. Great stay and would definitely book again.
