Enter through the white picket fence where an astro turf, pet friendly, fully fenced yard awaits you. The front covered porch has seating for relaxing with your morning coffee or evening drinks. This house offers all the comforts and modern day amenities, like central a/c, thoughtful design, gourmet kitchen with a large leathered granite island perfect for cooking and interacting with your friends/family. Want to enjoy the Colorado sunshine? The side yard offers a patio with BBQ grill, outdoor dining area and large Hot tub for relaxing. Walking distance to downtown Grand Junction, Lincoln Park, Grand Mesa University, and the world-famous Colorado River, and a short bike ride to the Lunch Loops mountain bike trails. A short drive to the Colorado National Monument, Mountain biking trails, and Palisade wine tours.

I stayed a month at this VRBO for work and was able to get in skiing, biking and hiking on weekends. Home had everything needed to make meals and my dog loved the fenced in yard. Very close to downtown bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Downtown Cottage! The property was spotless — super clean, bright, and easy to manage. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub was a dream: warm, easy to use, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. Parking was right outside the door, and the location couldn't have been better — a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the University and historic downtown. Highly recommend!

We loved our second stay here. Everything you need is there. Very safe and clean. 2 bedrooms and a large living kitchen area with everything you need. CMU and main street are on walking distance. We would definitely book this again.

Beautiful, well furnished cottage

This small house was the highlight of our trip. Thoughtfully designed and well furnished with everything we needed. It was clean and well stocked with all the supplies and utensils for our week in and around Grand Junction. Everything worked well, nothing needed repair, communications with landlord was perfect, and we were comfortable the whole time. We look forward to staying here again.

Came out for some amazing road biking in the area. The location was perfect to ride to the monument from the house. The kitchen and house are beautiful. Very well done. Lovely fenced in yard and phenomenal communication from property manager. Highly recommend this property!

So clean, bright and easy to manage. Parking was right outside the front door. Cottage is very close to the University and old downtown. Nice quiet neighborhood. Bed was super comfortable and the hot tub worked perfectly. Thank you!!
