The house is amazing and has so much to offer. From roof deck down each level to the ground level kitchen, dining and patio area, the house has much to enjoy and serve various purposes. We had a team retreat, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We had space to meet and then dine separately. Nothing beats the sound of the ocean coming through the wide open sliding doors on any level. Easy walking to places around the house too.

This was the perfect place for our executive staff retreat and the house was in excellent condition and incredibly well stocked compared to most rental properties. The host was very helpful and responded immediately to any communication that we had.

This is a beautiful house with lovely ocean views from all four floors. The house is well designed and equipped. The only thing is that the garage is very narrow.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were blown away by this house. We had a group of almost 30 and there was plenty of space. It was easy to get lost at first because it is so big. The views and multiple stories of views were so cool. That type of access and closeness to the ocean was really a highlight of the year for us.

Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is absolutely breathtaking! We held a women's retreat here and there was plenty of room for everyone. This house is much larger than I expected, and everything was absolutely spotless when we arrived. The only issue we had was with checking in. I was not provided a front door code before arrival and once we got there I had to call the office to get the code which took some time. The code they gave us only opened one unit of the house however, so we had to wait for a maintenance person to come open up the second unit. Overall this set our check-in time back about 45 minutes, but other than this our stay was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this house.

Great place for our big group

We had a great vacation. The home has multiple floors, which provided plenty of room for our group of 26, but the elevator was not available for us to use. We would have loved being able to use it. There is a sea wall which made it hard to get to the sand and beach, which was only available during low tide. Even though it’s beach front, it’s not convenient or easily accessible.

Nice but had issues

The property has a super layout, location and views - but general maintenance of the property was disappointing. We had issues with the cleanliness of fabric covered seating areas, a broken dishwasher, several burned-out fan lights, jacuzzi's that were not in total working order, a broken ping pong table net and a room with bedbugs that we are sure traveled home with us. The property managers were fairly responsive to our needs but at the end of our stay,- we asked management to call us about the bedbugs - but we never got a response back from them. I think for all the money spent on this property - everything should have been checked, cleaned and in good working order before we arrived. It still is a nice property overall.

Great beach getaway

Can’t beat the location—went to sleep to the sound of the ocean! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our large family. Kitchen and gathering areas accommodated our group comfortably. Maintenance on the house was not stellar, particularly the main level kitchen appliances. No outdoor trash cans when we arrived. Overall great stay in spite of the small inconveniences.

Views are beyond amazing but the place is Very tired.

The main dining room/ kitchen had 3 lights out and by sunset the room was very dark. Even with 3 new bulbs it needs more lighting. This is a gathering room and needs a tv and music! Beds are OLD and you feel the springs in some beds. It has an elevator that doesn’t work and with sooo many levels it was difficult for elderly. 2 extra blankets for our family of 21. Be prepared for LOTS of stairs.

Lovely Giant Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented all four floors of P825 and it easily fit our party of 20 for the weekend. The space allowed for both intermate gatherings of smaller groups as well as getting everyone togther in the same space to play games and hang out. Realyl beautiful home though please be aware that there is no central AC (some up the 4th floor bedrooms get pretty warm and you can hear street noise if you leave the windows open), and also the windows have no screens, so it may not be a great choice with small kids. Other than that, it was a ovely home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location. The house was clean and accessible to all. The only down-side was that you advertise there are more beds than there are. We had all the beds sorted according to your on-line view. When we got there, some of the beds were gone. Could you update the website when you remove a bed? It would be easier to plan ahead. The location was wonderful, you were easy to work with, and we loved our time with you.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great views of the ocean! There is no access to the water at the house, but just 1/4 mile easy walk down the street there is a nice beach.

Several bathrooms are falling into disrepair and need handyman work: the drywall and paint is damaged around the sinks and one of the downstairs bathrooms toilets has a broken flush handle.
