We felt honored that you chose our home and we are so happy that it accommodated your corporate/work group so well. I'm not entirely sure why you are saying to bring your own trash bags, spices, detergent etc, we do provide you with all of those items. We provide enough of those items for a couple day stay. There are a lot of the basic items to get your started, we also provide a list of items on our website (under what you need bring) that you will need to bring with on your trip which includes saran wrap and foil for left overs. We don't provide maid service so unfortunately we can't provide items that cannot be restocked on a daily basis, ie. shampoo etc, but we do provide some basics items to get you started such a toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and cooking spices etc. Thank you for review and we hope to see you all again soon.

Thank you for your feedback Shanda. We’re deeply saddened that you felt this way regarding your stay with us. We want all guests to know that the tides are not only time of day based, but seasonally based as well. Tides are traditionally higher this time of year, and we do provide tide charts on our website. Also, the beach access during lower tides is on the north west corner of the property. There are lights on the roof, and if a guest cannot find light switches, we would be more than happy to send a serviceman out to assist. As always, we encourage all guests to call or text the office if there are items you may have an issue with during your stay. We appreciate your feedback. - The Team at Beachfront Only

Thanks for your comments, as your experience is important, we've addressed these points within our team. We replaced the batteries in the garage door remote, and have called an electrician about the outdoor lighting. We apologize about the miscommunication on the air mattress, and reacted as soon as you informed us of the situation. We do hope that overall, you enjoyed your stay and have great memories of Southern California.

Hello Kendall, thank you for the review. We agree that if you are planing on having a loud party or celebration at 2:00 am in the morning, this residential area is not the place for that kind of group. We are very sensitive to the fact that all of our renters are on vacation and want to have a good time, but when police get involved, we have to protect our company, as well as the neighbors. The first night the police were called out by neighbors at 2:00 am. There was a warning given the next morning. The second night the police were contacted again by neighboring properties. Our management company was contacted by concerned neighbors as well (one of which is a vacation rental property). Our noise policy is clearly stated in our terms and conditions. We are sorry you had such a negative experience, and typically if we know that our groups are going to throw loud parties, we direct them elsewhere. ~Warm Regards, Beachfront Only
