. Leave dirty towels in tub. Make sure home is locked all windows and doors. Please make sure keep any pets on a leash and pick up after them.
Make sure an adult is with anyone under 18 by the water and the swimming pool. No smoking on the property and feel free to call with any questions

Everything you need

Very clean place and owner was very communicative. There was a hurricane a week before our stay, and she called with an update to confirm things were fine. What I really appreciated was the easy checkout process that didn't include a long list of to-do's!
