About this property

Charming 2-bedroom beach house with exceptional outdoor space! DOG FRIENDLY!

Beach Run is one of the most unique homes in Fort Morgan! We are dog friendly, with permission obtained from the owners during booking, and additional fees that apply. Enjoy ocean views from the spacious, covered back porch, and bay views from the front porch. Under the home we have a deck space with a fully furnished living room set, complete with 70 inch outdoor TV and bar area. There is a dining table and additional seating as well. We have a dedicated grilling space, with a charcoal grill and adirondack lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun, or under the string lights after dark. Storage space for beach chairs and toys are located under the stairs, as is a private outdoor shower area. With the entire deck area fenced in, there is also a small yard space included, making this space safe and enjoyable for children and furry friends.

Within the home, we have 2 bedrooms, each with their own private bath, then an additional guest bath, accessible off the living room. There is a dedicated laundry room, with full-sized washer and dryer. The kitchen contains full-sized major appliances and a pantry, as well as numerous small appliances to enjoy meals cooked at home during your stay. Enjoy your morning coffee prepared at our coffee bar, complete with the latest model Keurig for brewing pods and preparing drip coffee, as well. Our dining table seats 8 people. One bedroom contains a single queen bed and the other one has 2 queen beds. The living room sofa has a pull out queen bed also. Both bedrooms and the living room have views of the ocean!

The ocean is a less than 5 minute walk away! We have a path to walk to the beach from the back of our home, and a dedicated public access is located close by, for easy access. Likewise, there is also an access to the bay within walking distance, on the other side of Highway 180. Our area offers the best of both worlds, with almost complete seclusion at home, but within 20 minutes of Gulf Shores for shopping, dining, and recreation.

Wonderful home. We had 4 adults and one dog and it was perfect. The beach view from the deck is perfect and the downstairs area is perfect for game night and the dog loved it. We’ve stayed here before and hope to come back many more times! Communications with the host was great and check-in was super easy.

We absolutely loved Beach Run! The hosts have really put a lot of thought into every detail in the home. We had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the patio and spent a lot of time there grilling, chilling and just being together. We appreciated being able to bring our dog to the beach with us, and it made the vacation that much more memorable. We will definitely be back!

Entertaining property!! The downstairs was so nice to have an enclosed space for dogs, big TV and plenty of seating. We spent a bunch of time down there. Included mini industrial ice maker was nice to have. Very enjoyable property and wonderful communication.

We absolutely loved this home and would definitely stay here again. It was very clean! The decor and layout was wonderful. The beds were all soft and comfy. It offered everything that you'd need for a great beach vacation, including an incredibly cool and HUGE outdoor space which is fully fenced- was PERFECT for our dogs!! This was easily a top 5 favorite rental for us. Host was very quick to respond, and his communication was fantastic. Highly, highly recommend!!

New Year’s week stay

Highly recommend this property! We stayed here for a week and could not have enjoyed it more. Very close proximity to the beach, with a lovely view of the ocean from the back porch. The outdoor space under the house is a huge added bonus!

Third time at Beach run just as good as the first

This is our third stay at the Beach Run, and it was just as good as the first even with new owners everything was very clean and you had all the essentials you needed, plus the downstairs area is basically another playground, and with the addition of an outdoor shower, this thing is just about perfect!! Jack was a wonderful host, and I would recommend this place to anyone!!We plan to stay again next year and can’t wait

The home is in a very good location. The lower level is relaxing, and we spent a lot of time there. I will say that the house was not as clean as I would expect: dirty bathroom rugs and dog fur in the bed, under the couch was dirty as well. My adult daughter found a half-drank bottle of whiskey wrapped up in the blankets in the closet. Check in was easy.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at this beach house! The owner/ host was very responsive with any questions regarding the property. The downstairs area beneath the house was awesome! Great area to hang out with our dogs and watch football on the huge TV. It was an easy walk to the beach access. Everything was at the house we needed for the trip.We’re already looking at dates in 2025 for our next stay.
