Great stay

The house was super clean and just as described on the website. It was in a nice neighborhood and not far from alot of the entertainment. I would highly recommend this location to anyone coming to new Orleans.

Great house

The house is beautiful. It is new construction so therefore it is not on GPS yet, but it’s worth the search. It felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel. We will definitely stay again when we go to New Orleans. Our host was great. He always responds within a couple of mins.

Cleanliness of property

Location was great. Very nice home and neighborhood, however the home was not cleaned properly. Tub/shower combination was dirty, toilet dirty, hair on the floors, beddings, and chairs. Soap dispensers not filled, awful mattresses and cigarettes outside the home on the patio. Labels on the wall above and below the thermostat stating do not touch. Temperature when entering the home was set to 69, which was comfortable. During the night, the temperature would completely turn off and the house becomes extremely hot and uncomfortable.
