Super comfortable, warm and inviting atmosphere. The large sized TV is perfect for family movie nights. High quality beds and bedding will help you feel right at home - including a sleep number mattress in the primary. Family meals are a pleasure to cook in this fully stocked kitchen, complete with Cuisinart air fryer and Ninja blender.
Amazing lake and mountain views from all around the house and yard. Great outdoor space perfect for grilling with the family and making memories by the firepit. Ample space for boat parking on side of house makes this the perfect spot for your Lake Havasu getaway!

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Close and lock the windows
Set the thermostat to 78 degrees
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Parties/Events allowed. Only registered guests, who are on the original booking are permitted to stay in the home or on the property overnight.
Quiet hours start at 9:00 pm. Any loud disruptions, inappropriate or illegal activities that elicit a Police visit will result in a $250 fine.
No open flames, including candles, are allowed in the house or on the property, other that the outdoor firepit and/or BBQ.

The location was perfect for all Lake Havasu activities. The home itself was super CLEAN!! All three beds were so ( and I mean that) comfortable and towels plush and new. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked - such a nice surprise. We have stayed at many VRBO’s around the world and this one was one of our favorites! If we come here again we will book this listing! Thank you to the owners for making our vacation here extra special. We ( all 6 of us) very impressed!
