Excellent, convenient location in North Myrtle. Resort has great amenities. The restaurant by the pool & view of the ocean was awesome for lunch. Several pools & hot tubs that the staff kept clean. Check in & check out process was simple & easy. On-site parking garage had plenty of room. Condo needs some updating and better cleaning job.

Property management is a scam

Big Fish rentals keep your deposit claiming damage which was not done. Do not rent thru Big Fish rentals

Upon thorough review, it was reported that the sofa cushions got pen marks after you check out. We have before and after photos of the unit as proof as was given to you. Our trip started out questionable at the resort wth a terrible storm rolling through flooding the lower parking deck and rain gushing through the outside doors and hallway ceilings leaking, but we all understand Mother Nature at the beach. Once we were able to get into the room at 4pm, we were pleasantly surprised. It was great! We had a great view of the ocean. No reflection on Julie or the room accommodations, but the restaurants at the resort are not exactly what we expected. On two occasions (on the same day) our tickets were “lost” and we waited a very long time for our food. If we had not ask the waitress where our food was, we would still be waiting. They only compensated wth a 10% discount. I would stay there again, but would be prepared to eat offsite.
