Loved the condo. Well appointed and clean, except for the floor being a bit dirty (bring black socks). Close to the beach and Broadway. Safe area of town. Good WiFi. Would stay here again.

We're glad you enjoyed the condo, found it clean and well equipped, and liked the convenient location near the beach and Broadway. We appreciate the note about the floors and will share that with our housekeeping team. It's great to hear the WiFi and neighborhood worked well for you, and we'd be happy to welcome you back next time you're in Seaside.

Beautiful view from our side balcony. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t cook any meals there but it was well stocked. Definitely would stay again if in the area.

The dishwasher was broken and there was work being done on the building
Stayed 5 nights in Jun 2026
Response from VrboOwner on 10 June 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that the broken dishwasher and ongoing building improvements impacted your stay. We understand that not having a working dishwasher was inconvenient, and we apologize for that inconvenience. While the building renovation project was communicated prior to arrival, we recognize that construction activity can still affect the guest experience. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for choosing to stay with us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Solid Spot as Advertised

The spot was just as advertised. The unit has a nice view and good open floor plan. Right near the board walk and close to everything with plenty of parking. Everything was pretty comfortable, but the unit could use some upgrades such as a smart TV and getting rid of the over-the-range microwave that doesn't work (new one is on the counter, so this just needs to be removed)

Seaside relaxation

I really appreciated the communication I received before and through our stay. This is a very nice place to stay. It was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the amenities which fitted our needs. I loved the heat lamp and the lotions.Close proximity and convenient to shopping and dining.Nice views from the home. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing maybe to consider is updating the king bed. I would recommend this place and location.Thank you

The location and views were fantastic, and the proximity to the beach made for a great family getaway. The front desk staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.Unfortunately, we experienced several maintenance and property condition issues during our visit. The ensuite shower drain eventually overflowed into the bathroom due to poor drainage, the dishwasher was not functioning, and there were unfinished repairs inside the unit, including an unpainted wall patch and painter's tape left on the ceiling. We also encountered some parking challenges related to ongoing construction activities.Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our time in Seaside and appreciated the efforts of the staff. Management reviewed our concerns after checkout and provided a partial refund, which we appreciated. Overall, the location and views were excellent, but the unit would benefit from additional maintenance and attention to detail.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, as well as the opportunity to review your concerns after checkout. We're glad we were able to provide a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.
