During our 7 nights we saw about 10 roaches, the pest guy came to spray and we still saw roaches in the house after this. There were also sponges to wash the dishes that were stained and not even new.

Let me start by saying the unit is cute. That said there are many things that need major improvement. It was not cleaned and there were bugs and dirt in the corners of the bathtub. The air was not on for arriving guests, so for about 4 hours it was a sweat box. The yard was kinda sketchy. A lot of rebar (potential hazards) sticking up in random spots. The window screen was laying on th ground next to the unit. Don’t expect to arrive early, even if you are provided the code, it is 39 per hour. All the stays I have done through here and this was the first. Hope they do better for the next tenants.
