E Komo Mai (Welcome)! Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates and Villas is the largest of the community properties in the Ko Olina Resort. It is made up of Single family and multi-family homes and it sits on roughly 34 acres of land. A total of 60 single family homes (estates) and 264 multi-family condos can be found in the middle with the estate homes bordering the project and the Ko Olina Golf Course.
