This stylish place is perfect for group and family get aways. The home is a private and quiet oasis. It has been painstakingly renovated with state of the art design and fixtures. The polished concrete floors lead to the chef’s kitchen with Wolfe range and dual Fisher-Paykel d/w. Beautiful backyard includes: grill, dining area, lounge area, plus pool and spa. This is a 3Bed/2Bath home with a stylish decor yet comfortable and perfect for entertaining. Pets welcome!
This recently renovated home has 3 bedrooms, including a primary bedroom en-suite, two separate closets and sliding doors to the backyard oasis. There are high ceilings and lots of light throughout. Each bedroom has its own TV as well as the TV in the living room. Very quiet neighborhood and walking distance to walking trails and Demuth Park. Full A/C and central heating system, washer and dryer, keyless entry, Keurig and much more are all a part of the amenities. Outdoor seating with fire pit. Pool/spa are chlorine not salt water and heat is available at an extra cost. $35 during early fall and late spring, $50/night a night around winter time, heating the pool in summer is not needed. Pet fee is $100.
