This house was perfect and accommodated our large family of ten comfortably!! The kitchen was so spacious and with two living areas no one ever felt crowded! It was the perfect location to visit the beautiful sights of Santa Barbara, and it offered us the neighborhood we needed with two kids wanting to bike and walk safely! The pool and hot tub gave us some time for relaxation as well! The host had all the essentials at the house, and a list of nearby shopping and eating recs on the fridge!! When we come back to SB, we will definitely stay here again!!!

Peaceful Visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, which we called a mini family reunion. One of the main reasons we selected this house was because of the (4) bedrooms. It was important for every couple to have their own space. The pool and bbq setting were especially nice considering all family members enjoyed the pool. We took advantage of the bbq which was a nice option to eating out. The kitchen is especially large, which was nice for family members who enjoy hosting meals. A very convenient location, central to many visitor interests.The host was very approachable and answered questions quickly.

Beautiful Hideaway

Wonderful holiday with our family with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. A few of us enjoyed reading in the backyard with the kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We will definitely be back!

Our Goleta weekend

We had a party of 9 for a wedding in Santa Barbara. This house worked out perfectly for us. It was very clean and has a very nice backyard pool for being outside in the California sunshine.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

We hosted our family Christmas in this house and it was great! Close to lots of activities, house was large enough to accommodate the whole family, and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Very good communication with the host, would definitely recommend staying here.

Relaxing family getaway

This home was perfect for our visit with extended family. It was clean, spacious, comfortable in a quiet Goleta neighborhood, close to the grocery markets and restaurants. Great to have the pool & hot tub and patio seating. Rick was quick to respond to our needs. Looking forward to another visit.

Great place

The property was perfect for our family. Plenty of room. We had 7 adults and 3 kids. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice. I would definitely stay here again. Rick was very accommodating to us and answered our question promptly.

What a perfect house for a weekend trip for a friends wedding. The house is darling. Large, comfortable and spacious. The communication from the host was spot on and helpful. Beautiful home in a charming neighborhood! Highly recommend

Good for extended family

My wife and I, our 2 daughters with their husbands, and our 4 grandchildren (ages 1-4) had a comfortable stay here. The pool was a bit chilly but not surprising for late October. The adults and kids enjoyed the hot tub and the kitchen was well-equipped for the few meals we prepared at the house. All of the places we visited were within a 20 minute drive from the house. If we ever return to Santa Barbara, we would happily stay here again.

A little tired

Roomy 4 bedroom with two family areas and pool. Landscaping was nice. It is a bit tired. Would benefit from painting, new carpet, and pool care for new guests. Deck and pool were full of leaves. There is a need for more towels/cloths. There were four of us and there were not enough wash clothes and towels. Master bath sink and shower were not clean. Built up grime in shower and sink around faucets. Owner had personal items in bathroom drawers including medications. Shared some of these concerns with owner but didn't want to spend my time emailing.

Cozy home worth the stay!

The place was cozy and spacious, with plenty of towels provided and well-thought-out amenities that made the stay comfortable. I especially enjoyed how close it was to lots of shops and restaurants. There was a brief power outage during my stay, but it didn’t last long and didn’t affect my overall experience. Would definitely recommend!

Engagement weekend

We stayed at this property with 7 adults and 1 dog for a surprise engagement weekend for one of my daughters. It was the perfect home for our family. It had plenty of space for games and hanging out. The backyard was great for a sunny day. We played games of corn hole, cards and relaxed in the hot tub. Thank you Rick for helping us have an awesome weekend!

Family wedding

The house was a perfect location for our nephews wedding at Glenn Annie golf club. The house was very nice back yard well kept. The owner kept the kitchen well maintained with pots and pans. Nice appliances. The house has plenty of supplies for us too. We wanted for nothing. Ample parking and lovely neighborhood. Thanks for a wonderful stress free stay!

Wedding Week in Santa Barbara/Goleta

This house was the perfect size and location for our family that attended a wedding in Santa Barbara and has family in Goleta. We booked for a week and check in/out was super easy. Rick responded immediately when we had a couple questions. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and had a small BQ outdoors since we had a super warm weekend. The doors have an audible alarm which is beneficial when traveling with small children.The house is fully equipped with most standard supplies, towels and bathroom amenties. A home feel stay away from home.

Swimming pool is a winner!

Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children. Lots of deck chairs and towels for the pool. Very convenient to Goleta and UCSB. Kitchen was well-supplied except the need for more unbreakable dishes and glasses and the kitchen sink faucet was broken and stuck on "hot" water.
