Over 70 feet of sea wall space accommodates all your toys. Property sits on the Snake Creek Channel with open ocean access to the left and Florida Bay to its right. A 5 min boat ride to world famous Tiki Bar Sand Bar. A 10 min boat ride to snorkeling at Alligator Reef or 20 minutes to the Islamorada Humps. Something for everyone at this piece of paradise.
The Space:
This two-story home offers private quarters downstairs with private bathroom.
Upstairs this home hosts three bedrooms separate from main living area allowing for guests to stay up late while allowing others to retire at their leisure without bothering them.
Have your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the canal. Ice down your fish box & coolers from the industrial ice machine for a day on the ocean. Whether you spend the day fishing and bring in your fishing haul to clean at your private cleaning station, Or come home after a fun day at the sandbar, you’ll enjoy bbq’ing on the deck, taking a dip in the pool, and enjoying a sunset dinner dockside.
