This unit was used for a summer stay while interning at the University of Kentucky. Perfect location for anything to do with the UK or downtown Lexington. Very clean and well furnished with comfortable furniture. Nicely equipped kitchen with extras like a smoothie maker. Powerful AC units that kept up during a very hot summer stay! Communication was excellent. There was a small issue with a smoke detector and they came to fix it immediately, and left extra batteries just in case. A lovely place to stay either for a quick weekend or much longer. If invited back by UK then we will definitely be coming back.
