Such a perfect location, just a few blocks from UK, coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. Everything is super clean, and it’s lovely to have a washer and dryer in the unit.

This location is superb if you need to go downtown or to the university. It is so clean and cozy. The space is comfy. The hosts are easy to get a hold of. I had no issues. It's such an easy check-in and checkout. Also, the Target and food options right by the place are really excellent. I cannot wait to come back again.

A charming, well maintained property in a perfect location. Easy on street guest permit parking allows for walking to great bars and restaurants while not dealing with the Lexington traffic and parking issues. We will definitely return to this property the next time we’re in town.
