Island Paradise | Ocean View | Scenic St. Kitts

Enjoy your vacation to St. Kitts at Island Paradise Beach Village, situated in the heart of St. Kitts’ most popular location. We are just a 10 minute walk to Frigate Bay and Timothy Beach. Our second floor condo is only steps away from the Atlantic Ocean, providing stunning views from the balcony. If you are seeking the perfect location to explore the beauty of St. Kitts you won't find a better spot. Relax and enjoy all that island life has to offer.

Please note our condo requires the use of stairs.
Do not move beds and furniture. Towels, etc., may not be draped over balcony railings.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the premises nor is underage drinking.
The shared pool is open from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
In an effort to be a good neighbor, events and parties are not permitted.
There is a token-operated washer and dryer available and tokens can be purchased through the office. Electrical outlets are USA style Type B.

For your planning purposes, please note that a government water rationing schedule may occasionally be put in place whereby water would be turned off island-wide each night. At other times, water pressure island-wide may be reduced overnight. Periodically, temporary water service interruptions occur on the island, lasting several hours. They are generally quickly mitigated to restore service.

Occasionally, dependent upon our cleaning schedule and other bookings, we might be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out (up to 3:00 pm for late). 12:00 pm -1:59 pm for early check-in and 1:01 pm - 3:00 pm for late check-out would be $50 each.

On departure day, please:
Sign out of TV apps.
Wash any used dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
Empty the refrigerator.
Place used dish, beach & bath towels on the bathroom floor.
Strip sheets from the beds that were occupied and place atop beds.
Trash should be brought to the receptacle behind the large white gate by the office; currently there is no recycling program.
Remember to turn things off, close windows and exterior doors.
Lastly, please place the key/s in the lockbox and close the door. Thank you.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please wash used kitchen items.
Close and lock windows and exterior doors.
Please place the keys in the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please observe quiet hours: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. No smoking, no vaping. Guests have full use of the home with the exception of the owner's closet.
Do not park in the road. The following house rules are for the Adirondacks and Pocono properties: Please clean up after pets.
The hot tub should remain covered when not in use. Extinguish campfire embers. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at this Ocean View rental in Island Paradise. The unit was very comfortable for our group of four adults. The outdoor space and views were conducive to a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. There are many great restaurants within walking distance. On the occasion we needed to travel a longer distance, taxi service was prompt and easily accessible.

Apartment with a great view.

The property is great. Its located in the heart of Frigate Bay, so getting around is easy and is one of the safer areas on the island. Having a bathroom attached to each bedroom is great. It had plenty of utensils so cooking a few easy meals was easy enough. The onsite pool is a great way to end each day and cool off. The view from the balcony is great, you can see the pool,ocean, and green space. If we return we'll try to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay in Saint Kitts! The property was exactly as pictured and just as described in the listing. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for either couples traveling together or a girls trip.The location is ideal — centrally located with easy access to great restaurants and area attractions, which made getting around simple and convenient.One of the absolute highlights is the balcony view. It’s truly amazing. With the windows open, you can hear the waves crashing from inside the unit, which makes the entire experience feel peaceful and relaxing.The host has thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with ample utensils and cookware, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick snack to a full meal. There were also plenty of towels and linens provided, including beach towels and even snorkeling gear — such a great bonus!Overall, this property offers comfort, convenience, and an incredible oceanfront atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again.
