This 3 bedroom, 3 bath house was built on a corner lot on White Sands Drive which allows for a great view of Cape San Blas. There is a public beach access on the end of the street where you gain access to the white sandy beach, and there is also a public bathroom. This single family home is a comfortable place to rest while satisfying your adventurous side on Cape San Blas. Located on the North end of the peninsula, you are located just a walk or short drive to the St. Joseph State Park. Be one of the first to rent this vacation home and enjoy the fantastic views throughout.

Floor Plan: Ground level – large foyer with laundry closet, bunk set, and access to rear path towards the beach. 1st Level – dining, kitchen, living room with great gulf view and access to deck as well as a flat screen TV; and Bedroom 1 – king bed, bay view, walk-in closet and full bath with shower/tub combo. 2nd level – Bedroom 2 – queen bed, gulf view and full bath with shower/tub combo; and Bedroom 3 – gulf view master bedroom with king bed, deck and full bath with shower only. **Pet friendly, max quantity and type required; additional fees apply** *We LOVE Snowbirds! House is great!

Short walk to the beach, good beds, furniture and carpets could be updated . The carpets smelled like dog pee. Thorns everywhere even on the bottom stairs, you can't walk downstairs without shoes, I would suggest tile or hardwood stairs, would be easier to clean! Location was great!

Good stay, not great

Overall we had a good stay at this property. The outside is a little beach-worn, but the inside was fine. It wasn't some super immaculate place, but it was clean and well furnished. Furniture was a little older and definitely well used. The balconies had chairs that were torn, ripped and dirty. The kitchen was well furnished, it had pretty much everything you could need to cook (although the knives were very dull and hard to cut with). The rooms were nice, each with its own bathroom. The top floor Master bed is very comfy. The kitchen and bathrooms look like they may have been updated not too long ago so that was nice. The pictures on the site should be updated, there are a lot more homes in front/around the house. Be prepared to bring wagons to lug all of your stuff to the beach. While it was close, it's not right on the beach and it was still a trek with all of our beach gear. The area was nice, not too many people, a plus during a pandemic! Our biggest complaint and one that I think everyone needs to be AWARE of is the water in the home, or lack there of. In the afternoons, there is very little water pressure--it literally trickles out. One day there was no water coming out of any faucet or shower all together. I sent in a maintenance request two days into the trip and never heard from the property manager. On the day when we had no water at all. I was literally in the middle of a shower with shampoo in my hair and the water went out. I called the emergency numbers provided, for probably an hour and a half, before I finally got in touch with someone. But it was no help, all she said was that with everyone coming off the beach at the same time and using the showers at the same time in the area that we would have lower water pressure during that time (between 4-7ish pm). I complained that it wasn't just low water pressure--it was NO water at all and she said there was nothing that could be done until the next day. We couldn't cook or finish our showers until later that night when the water finally came back. I never got a call back the next day or anything. When you come off the beach at the end of the day and all you want to do is take a nice good shower to wash the sand off of you and relax and you can't--especially after spending all that money to stay somewhere that you expect to have running water---I was pretty upset to say the least. I should have a least been warned that this happens. So hopefully this can warn the next guest.

Good and bad

House was nice size and beds were comfortable. Kitchen floor was sticky upon arrival and something in the carpet in the living room like it had not been swept. 1st morning there I went to have a bowl of cereal and there was spaghetti sauce and grease all over a white bowl like it had just been wiped with a paper towel and put back in the cabinet? Ended up washing the dishes I thought my family would use before I could have my breakfast. My husband stated that the toilet seats had not been cleaned in sometime and were nasty. To sum it up this was a nice house but house keeping leaves a lot to be desired. The dishes were mentioned to management when they called me looking for the last renters property but at that point I had already taken care of the problem. Picture also needs to be updated because there are houses everywhere you look including in front of you.
